In a charming fishing village between Fécamp (6 km) and Etretat (12 km).
The house located at the top of the village but 5 minutes walk from the shops and 8 minutes walk from the beach includes:
On the ground floor: 1 living room-dining room, toilet, 1 equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a large 160x190 bed, 2 bedrooms with single 80x190 beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
On the second floor: 1 large bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 which are pushed together. Sea view from the bedroom
In the garden, a table for 6 people for meals and 3 deckchairs.

Peaceful

We loved to stay in the house and grounds on hot days it stays cool. We liked to stroll down to the seaside and have crepes and icecreams there and do some shopping at lokal magazins on our way back.

Yport September 2023

A beautiful 1900 house with great views and easy access to the town, beach and captivating coastline. It would be good to note that the only toilet is on the ground floor so if you are sleeping in the attic room it is a long way off at night. The rooms were fabulous and the kitchen very well equipped

Beautiful and quiet

After being unsuccessful at booking in Etretat, I am so glad we booked this lovely house in Yport. We visited Etretat by bus, and were delighted that we opted for quiet and beautiful Yport. The toilet is only located on the main floor, but this was a small matter when compared to the lovely surroundings. Parking the car was a bit tricky but unfortunately we ended up with a large car - I would definitely pick something easier to manoeuver next time.

Brilliant week in Yport

We love the house, the surroundings and the village. The house is very comfortable although the house is a bit older, for us this was part of the charm. A small issue we had was pro-actively managed by Delphine and fixed in no time. Also a plus is the garage below the house, it is spacious but not too high. We had to remove our ski-box of the car. Not an issue ofcourse ! Conclusive, we left this morning but already to decided to return. Tres bien in all aspects !

Hidden gem along the coasts of Normandy

We - a family of four, including two daughters at the age of two - very much enjoyed our stay. The old and characteristic house is beautiful, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location in the village near the sea is convenient. The residential area is quiet but it only takes a few minutes to go to “la plage”, where you can see the sun set when enjoying an ice cream. Yport has a few restaurants, a bakery and a butcher (and big supermarkets nearby) - not much but more than some of the other coastal villages and certainly not as crowded as Étratat for example (even in this time of the year). And the views are equally breathtaking! From Yport, you can easily visit other towns, but also Le Havre, Honfleur, Deauville. We can truly say that Yport is the hidden gem along the coasts of Normandy! And if you decide to go there, do stay at this place.

Magnifique villa Belle Époque sur les hauteurs d'Yport

La maison est magnifique. Elle est parfaitement équipée mais a gardé son charme originel (avec mention spéciale pour les très belles fenêtres). Le village est idéal si vous souhaitez une petite station balnéaire au calme. Les promenades sont nombreuses dans les environs.

Écrin de verdure à Hyport

Excellent séjour à Hyport en famille dans une très belle demeure. Delphine avait tout prévu pour un confort maximal ! Nous avons pu assister aux festivités du 15 août sur la plage d'hyport. Nous avons visité aussi Honfleur, Etretat, et Veule les roses, en plus la météo était au beau fixe. Un gros merci à Delphine !

Erholung pur - ein Haus mit so viel Charme

Das Haus ist so zauberhaft im Sinne der Einrichtung und der Lage. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs, die Betten sind außergewöhnlich gut, die Atmosphäre im Haus einzigartig. Yport ist die richtige Adresse für Ruhesuchende, hat aber trotzdem alles Notwendige vor Ort. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht, jede Sekunde genossen und wollten gar nicht mehr abfahren. Vielen Dank Delphine, es war großartig!

Een sfeervol huis

We hebben afgelopen week genoten van een zeer sfeervol huis. Gastvrij ontvangen, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. De omgeving maakt het plaatje helemaal compleet voor een geslaagde vakantie. Yport is een authentiek vissersdorpje met een fascinerende kust. De Falaises zijn indrukwekkend en nodigen uit voor mooie wandelingen.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat viel Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Auch an Wanderwege ist der Ort gut angebunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Très agréable maison a 5mn de la plage d’Yport

Description fidèle (annonce et photos). Delphine, la propriétaire, est très empathique, à l’écoute et « facilitante » pour rendre le séjour très agréable. La maison, a 5mn à pied de la plage d’Yport, était bien chauffée ce qui, en fevrier, était vraiment bienvenu! :-) Nous recommandons!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison ancienne bien meublée dans un endroit très calme. Mais une douche installée dans la baignoire avec un pare-douche serait bien plus confortable que la simple baignoire , ce serait un vrai plus !

un séjour très reposant et dépaysant qui nous a beaucoup plu

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable dans cette maison, bien que beaucoup trop court… Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de madame Aubert à l’arrivée, et elle nous a donné très gentiment toutes les informations nécessaires pour la maison et sur Yport. La maison est vraiment très agréable, très bien décorée et très calme. Un véritable bonheur pour ces quelques jours. Le garage est grand et facile d’ accès 😊 Yport est un endroit parfait : un très joli village, une très belle plage, des falaises impressionnantes, et très bien place pour des balades le long de la cote. Bref un séjour très reposant et dépaysant qui nous a beaucoup plu. Nous espérons retrouver bientôt une occasion pour louer de nouveau votre maison.

Heerlijk huis in een rustige omgeving van Yport. Het huis is licht en fijn ingericht. Het contact met de verhuurder was easy en vlot. Zeker een aanrader.

charmant en heerlijk huis

Het huis staat op een heuveltje,,dus niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Maar verder goed te doen. Het huis is erg mooi en smaakvol gerestaureerd en ingericht en was lekker schoon. De keuken is goed uitgerust met van alles en nog wat. Wij sliepen op de 2e etage, vanwege het breedste tweepersoonsbed. Een deur naar een balkonnetje geeft een prachtig uitzicht over de groene tuin en de omliggende oude huizen.. Daarachter zie je nog een glimp van de zee. De tuin is ietsje schuin aflopend maar heeft ook een stenen plat terrasje . De lieve hond van de buren, kwam ons daar vaak bezoeken en we raakten gehecht aan hem. Het huis ligt in het rustige gedeelte van het dorpje en je hebt een leuk uitzicht naar beneden over de huizen. We hadden af en toe een leuk contact met de buurvrouw van huize Elisabeth die zich ontfermt over 8 katten. De bakker , slager en de pharmacie, zowel een kleine supermarkt en een paar restaurantjes in enkele minuten te bereiken. We hebben veel gewandeld,en ontdekten Vaucotte plage, een rustig strandje tussen de enorme rotsen op een paar km afstand. Of langs de velden dichtblij de klippen, dat is echt de moeite waard. . Etratat , Fecamp en Honfleur en Rouen bezocht. Allemaal erg leuk. Het is een heerlijke en prachtige omgeving. We komen zeker terug. Madame Delphine dank voor het fijne verblijf.!

Ein traumhaftes Haus

Wer alte, schöne Häuser mag, wird dieses Haus lieben. Es ist hell und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse, einen Garten mit Wiese, Rosen und Lavendel. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt am Rande von Yport, es ist daher sehr ruhig und man kann sogar das Meer rauschen hören. Yport ist ein netter kleiner und verträumter Ort zum ausspannen. Vielen Dank Delphine ;-)
