In a completely renovated fisherman's house, we have created a family cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It is ideally located opposite the port, facing south, 500 metres from the train station, 200 metres from the tourist office, the city centre and the beach are less than 10 minutes walk away. You can forget your car in the car park located just in front of the house during your stay.
The house benefits from all comforts, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140x90 for one and 2 beds of 80 x 200 for the other bedroom, with 2 independent, comfortable and spacious bathrooms with bath or shower and toilet for each, a fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.... A small courtyard located at the back of the house allows you to take your meals outside. You will have a barbecue to be able to grill your catch. If you arrive with bicycles, a secure shelter allows you to store them.
A living room equipped with a sofa and armchairs. A double-flow CMV ensures healthy ventilation of the whole, and gas central heating provides gentle heat during the colder seasons.

Fécamp is a medium-sized town. In addition to the beach, the house is very well located to serve as a base for hikes or visits of the region to Etretat, Le Havre Dieppe or Rouen. The region is rich in tourist activities, the documentation of which is accessible in the entrance of the house.
