About this property
Alpine Escape – Summer Hiking & Hot Tub, Pool
Timbers 3058 treats a couple or small family to ski-in/ski-out Keystone luxury inside one of the resort's finest lodges. One bedroom and two full baths host up to four.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE - Ski in and ski out - kids' energy goes to skiing, not shuttles - King suite with jetted tub and dual sinks - Fold-down bed by the fireplace - the coolest "bedroom" in the lodge - Indoor AND outdoor pools plus steam room downstairs - Your own washer and dryer
Families rave about the simplicity: glide back to the lodge at day's end, stow skis in the storage room, and be in the pool fifteen minutes later. The indoor pool works in any weather, the outdoor pool steams dramatically in the snow, and the hot tubs and steam room repair grown-up legs for tomorrow.
Inside, kids think sleeping beside the stone fireplace on the fold-down bed is a grand adventure, while parents savor a true suite - artwork-crowned bed, TV, dual-sink bath, glass shower, and a jetted tub deep enough to disappear into. Two full baths mean no waiting, and the in-unit laundry keeps everyone in dry gloves.
The kitchen cooks real meals on its gas cooktop, the twig-style dining table makes dinner feel like an occasion, and the stone-walled balcony is your private slice of the forest. For a special-occasion ski trip, book Timbers 3058 and let Keystone come to your doorstep.
Parking is one permitted vehicle in the shared garage, with free outdoor spaces also available.

This complex was great and had amenities not found in others, like a steam room, sauna (separate) outdoor hot tub, indoor outdoor pool, etc. Very well kept. The staff at the office was nice and helpful. Check-in/out was super simple. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I rented this unit while up attending the Keystone Wine and Jazz festival. The location is beautiful up into the mountain, providing seclusion while only a short walk through the walking trail to River Run Village.
The unit was very clean, well stocked and offered all the essentials needed for our stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well!
Thank you for sharing with us. We would definitely rent again.

This was a daddy/daughter weekend and this unit worked perfectly. The girls slept in the king bed and I slept in the murphy bed. The condo is in a great location, with the sound of the creek just out the window. Condo is in a quiet wooded area, but a short walk and you are in Keystone village. Would definitely stay here again! A+

Nice place, but once again, no functioning jacuzzi
The property is lovely. Building new and unit is clean. 1st floor unit right be elevator so some morning and evening noise issues. Murphy bed in living room good for 2 kids or two adults, but obviously this requires common space to double as a bedroom.
Great property close to the slopes with easy access to lifts. SummitCove service was impeccable. View from 1st floor unit a bit limited but overall great experience...definitely recommend this condo for a comfortable / convenient getaway to Keystone!
My family had a great experience in Keystone. The condo was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and roomy. Location is near ski lockers, which is great.
The property is nice. Our condo was great! We arrived late on Sunday night to find the freezer not working and then got up to the coffee maker broke as well. Made a call and within a couple hours a friendly maintenance man showed up and discovered the fridge needed a part that would need to be ordered but went and brought back a decent size fridge for us to us as well as a brand new coffee maker. We appreciated the fans and humidifiers that were available in the Condo. It was just as pictured and very well equipped with everything we needed and expected. The trail/walk over to River Run Village is nice! We would definitely stay again!
My fiancé and I stayed at the River Run condo in Keystone for 3 days and 2 nights. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, is clean and we enjoyed our stay. The check in process was simple the only hiccup we had was we had difficulty getting into the parking garage. The building is on the first floor and is away from good places to eat during the summer. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything looked JUST like the photos..... I had everything I needed to cook every meal!!! So close to River run Lift, truly a ski in ski out experience. My only confusion with the unit was that there wasn’t a pair of scissors to be found.....
We wanted to getaway from then Texas heat for a while. The condo was in a great location in Keystone. We were within walking distance to the little ski town, hiking and biking. It was not that far to the town of Frisco and Breckenridge by car...10-20 min. The property was beautiful, updated and well maintained.
