The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. This screened in porch wraps around to the side and provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and a great dining area for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. AND this great home offers an enlarged 2.5 car garage so nothing is left out in the sun.

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, 2 bikes, whole home water filtration system, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses.
