What a fabulous place to stay! The house was so comfortable and clean. The patio with grill is always a plus for vacation and the golf cart made it so much easier to get to the pool! I will definitely be staying there again!!

Good location as we explored The Villages. Golf cart included with the villa was great to get around. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Family visit

Some of my family stayed here while visiting us in The Villages. The home is lovely and comfortable with everything you need for a stay in -including the golf cart! I would highly recommend this home and host.

Friendly, honest and hospitable host, Ami She is an excellent communicator and her kindness was very much appreciated. The home is well furnished and appointed with anything you can imagine needing during your stay. Golf cart was great fun to have available.

The hosts Steve and Ami are awesome! We enjoyed our stay beyond measure. Love, love, loved the house! It was immaculate and had everything that we needed to have a wonderful vacation in the Villages! The house was close to everything that we wanted to do during our stay. Having access to a golf cart was like icing on the cake. We enjoyed riding it to the squares and not really having to deal with parking problems. The pool and many walking trails are close to the house. Our dog even enjoyed the golf cart. Having never had her on one, I didn't know what to expect. She loved it! Having access to a gas grill made evening meals, when we decided to stay home, enjoyable too. Thank you Ami and Steve for making your home available to us and being great hosts! Maybe next time we'll stay for 2 months.

We are absolutely in love with the Villages. We also like to travel and when we do we enjoy staying in VRBO's so much we decided to open one of our own in The Villages close to our other home that we own in The Villages. Our main focus is to make your stay perfect! We want our home to be a relaxing oasis stocked with all the comforts of home with special touches to make your stay memorable. Check us out and let us exceed your expectations! Questions??...just ask! We respond quickly.

We own multiple other properties in another state that are short term and long term rentals; with all FIVE STAR reviews. As a newly retired couple we have all the time and energy to devote to hospitality and look forward to hosting you.

Our family also loves to travel and visit in The Villages. We have two children, five grandchildren, and an Aussie Doodle!

Some of the activities that we've enjoyed since becoming Villagers are pickleball, cardio drumming, sand tennis, yoga, water volleyball, golf, swimming, visiting the dog park and spending time at the town squares listening to live music. We love it when the grandkids visit and they bring their parents.

Why they chose this property

This home is conveniently located to the Fenny bar and grill which has a resort style family pool. Close by is the Dudley dog park and archery range. Magnolia Plaza is a 5 minute golf cart ride away. Loblolly Executive Golf course is only 2 minutes away by golf cart.

What makes this property unique

This home has two brand new King beds. These beds are the same beds that the Villages use in their model homes. There are with two full bathrooms with super soft fluffy towels along with body wash and shampoo and conditioner. The home is located in a quite neighborhood and not on a busy street. We supply everything you need except for food, clothing and sunglasses.
