La vue est superbe et le logement très propre, avec une literie confortable.Le seul point négatif concerne l'humidité ambiante : nos affaires dans les valises étaient très humides.Mis à part cela, l'emplacement est excellent : à seulement 5 minutes à pied d’un Petit Casino et à environ 30 minutes du centre historique d’Annecy.

Le logement était sale. Normalement, l'agence doit effectuer un contrôle avant chaque arrivée. Ce qui n'a pas été fait. Ce n'est pas très professionnel. Je ne recommanderai pas. La seule consolation était la vue sur le lac.

La descente sur le côté du chalet gagnerait à être éclairée la nuit et pourvue d'une rampe. La vue est superbe depuis la terrasse où on peut prendre les repas. Le gite est agréable.

Malgré un aspect vintage, l'appartement possede des appareils ménager et télévision de qualité. Un problême d'odeur dans les toilettes devrait être solutionné. La superbe vue sur le lac et la montagne du Semnoz est un plus.

Superbe location très bien située.

Logement au rdc d un chalet surplombant le lac d Annecy, avec des vues magnifiques sur les montagnes. Très bien exposé, on profite de la terrasse du matin au soir. Bien équipé, très propre, et surtout l endroit est très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Martine S.

Location relativement bien située mais accès plutôt compliqué (dont la place de parking)! Vue "partielle" sur le lac! Pas trop mal pour un sous sol aménagé Quelques détails un peu gênant ....w.c. broyeur excessivement bruyant: ...ouverture porte d'accès "bloquante"...

Nous sommes navrés de lire ce commentaire et espérons très sincèrement que le séjour aura été bien au delà de 2/5 . Merci pour vos remarques nous allons tenter d'apporter encore plus d'informations pour que l'imaginaire de la réservation se juxtapose à la réalité. Quelques petites précisions pour éclaircissement : Sur cette location nous enregistrons que des compliments sur cette vue exceptionnelle et même rare sur la rive ouest du lac dans ce type de logement. Il est vrai que la location est situé au RDC du Chalet mais comporte deux grandes portes fenêtres avec terrasse. Concernant les toilettes, un sani -broyeur est effectivement installé, cependant le systhème ne fait du bruit que quand on active la chasse et les WC sont situés au but d'un couloir à l'opposé de la chambre. sandrine
