L'Alpage de la Bergerie, apartment in a cosy farmhouse !

## Space

An authentic Bergerie rebuilt in housing, with a parking spot and an independent entrance via wooden stairs.

Outside, take to the heights on a private wooden terrace with garden tables and chairs for dining, but also comfortable deckchairs to enjoy the quiet garden.

Lobby directly overlooking a kitchen with a large family table (6pers), and fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooking, and all the necessary to cook).

For coffee lovers, you can enjoy the Nespresso machine, the bodum or the filter coffee maker. For cheese lovers, a raclette and fondue set are at your disposal.

The TV corner is equipped with a comfortable convertible bed (140x200), and many entertainment (television, dvd player, board games, toys, magazines ...) .

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), and plenty of storage.
Large walk-in shower, workbench with washbasins, towel warmer, shelf with mirrors, washing maxhine. Separate toilets.

Velux with view on the mountains!

The household linen is provided for all (towels, bedsheets, tea towels).

You have access to the entire apartment

## Interaction

La Conciergerie du Lac will welcome you warmly upon your arrival to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. They will be your contact during the whole stay in case of need!
Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. After 9 p.m. , if an autonomous arrival is not feasible in your accommodation, a supplement of € 20 will be requested.

Julie & Loïc live next door and will be happy to share with you their passion for the region and nature, but also share with you the best places in the area.

sejour d'une semaine en plein hiver

Il s'agit d'un appartement sous les toits dans une vielle maison . Il faut reconnaitre que le travail de rénovation est très réussi . De grands espaces , en particulier le vaste salon-cuisine , la salle de bain , la chambre , et tout cela avec des matériaux nobles . Bref du beau travail ! Tout le nécessaire à vivre est présent dans des quantités largement suffisantes pour nous qui étions 2 . En outre il règne dans l'appartement un calme olympien . Cependant des remarques s'imposent . Nous avons été plusieurs fois gênés dans la chambre par de fortes odeurs de cuisine , sans doute celle des habitants du rez de chaussée se trouve-t-elle juste en dessous ...Nous avons ouvert le vélux mais bon il fait très froid dehors ...Et nous sommes sous les toits donc vélux dans la chambre , dans la salle de bain , dans la cuisine . La seule vue sur l’extérieur est celle offerte par le coté de la porte d'entrée , qui donne sur une grande terrasse qui doit être agréable l'été , mais soyons clair de vue sur la montagne il n' y en a point . ..Le rapport qualité-prix nous semble donc très bon malgré ces remarques , c'est notre première location dans une région qui n'a pas la réputation d’être à la portée de toutes les bourses , covid ou pas . Par ailleurs ATTENTION si vous venez l'hiver la rue est en forte pente donc pneus neiges ou chaines ou chaussettes obligatoires !
