For rent: 35m2 air-conditioned studio adjoining a new villa, in the heart of a residential area.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, vitro stove, oven, coffee machine, TV and wifi.
SDB with washbasin shower cubicle and WC.
The bed is composed of a bed (160 * 200) and a BZ (140 * 190).
Sheets, shower and beach towels as well as blanket and cushions are provided.
Plenty of storage (beautiful wardrobe with wardrobe).
You have a terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.
Parking space in front and in the property.
Cleaning fee at 40 € (prevent in advance).
5 minutes from the nearest shops (crossroads market, bakery and pharmacy ....)
15 minutes from the Valette du Var shopping area (Grand Var crossroads and Avenue 83).
15/20 min from the Salins beach and downtown Hyères.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location et vu la chaleur extérieure nous avons grandement apprécié la climatisation. C'était également bien agréable d'avoir une tv grand écran avec une bonne réception des chaînes. Lors de notre séjour nous n'avons manqué de rien. De + le propriétaire nous a bien acceuilli le premier jour puis a été très discret tout au long de la semaine. Nous reviendront certainement.

Schönes Appartement
Wir sind sehr nett bei unserer Ankunft empfangen worden und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die ruhige Lage hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Nur empfehlenswert!

Studio fort agréable
Ce studio est à recommander : Neuf, propre, très bien équipé (rien ne manque à la cuisine) et moderne. Il propose un très bon couchage , une douche plus que perfectionnée et surtout, cerise sur le gâteau, la climatisation !
Le linge prêté est en grand nombre.
Le propriétaire veille à ce que tout soit parfait, il est attentif aux éventuelles demandes , y répond immédiatement et reste discret.
Hyères et les plages sont à une vingtaine de minutes.
Un très bon nid !!!
