25m² studio entirely renovated and decorated with charm '(pine furniture, wooden floor, mountain fabrics). The bunk beds are separated from the main room by a wall with doors. Large balcony with 2 deckchairs and magnificent view of the mountains. Comfortable equipment (dishwasher, microwave combi with Grill, multi-channel LCD TV (TNT), bath + shower, private ski locker, no bed linen provided). Opposite shops and restaurants. Bakery at 30m Arrival of the track just behind the building. Rated 'charming' and 2 gold stars by the tourist office. Quiet side of the residence.

Great vacation

Property is great and it is exactly what they promise. The great thing about this location is the location close to an entry and exit to and off the ski slopes. Added the bars and shops close by without and noise so we got a good sleep.

We had a great stay! Good price/quality. Great location. Good communication with owner. Only "problem" we had was that we had to wait quiet long in line to recieve the key at the key-pickup place. Great stay overall

Perfection

Firstly, our host was amazingly helpful - easy to contact when we were going to be late in arriving. The flat it's self is great, prime location, basically ski in ski out which was fantastic. Close to shops, food and the heart of val Thorens. The flat itself was clean, quiet and we will absolutely be going back! Thank you!

Good value for money

I was a bit worried after reading previous reviews but the accommodation was value for money.. it’s in a great location to the bars and restaurants as well as the ski (that’s what we’re here for!). The only gripe was the living area to bedroom door was broken and the shower wasn’t all the great, it really didn’t bother us though. Great communication with the host, she was A+

All good, problem with the ventilation in the bathroom but the owner texted to make us aware of this on check out day. Smelt a bit of cooking smells but suppose the layout always will have this issue

I've stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was hands down the worst I've ever stayed in. The place was stinky and dirty. The owner only relies on guests to clean it. She has a company briefly check the property in between guests, but it's clear that nothing has had a proper clean in months. The floor was filthy, baseboards dirty, cupboards gross. It smelled terrible. But the worst of all was the 3mm thick mould on the bathroom ceiling. The owner said in response to a previous review that the mould had been "dealt with". It appears she thought spraying bleach on the mould was dealing with it? She is a terrible liar. I pushed her to properly deal with it, so she sent someone over to take a look. That person confirmed what we thought, which is that no ventilation in the apartment is functioning. I messaged her to report this to her, and after that I heard nothing from her. She left us in that putrid apartment with the mould getting visibly thicker by the day. All of this is unfortunate because the apartment itself is well laid out and comfortable. I would have gladly paid 100 euro more for the week if it was properly cleaned. The building is not great, it's in a party part of town full of young people, but that did not bother us. What bothered us was the filth. When she replies to this to say that all of these problems I identify have been dealt with, don't believe her. I told her outright that I was giving her the opportunity to get a good review instead of a 1 star review, and she did not take the opportunity.

Nous avons eu des problèmes d'humidité dus à la colonne de ventilation de l'immeuble. de nouvelles bouches ont été placées et des travaux ont été réalisés pour remédier au problème. le studio a été rafraîchi fin 2023.

Basic maar goed!

Het appartement ligt in het gebouw les Neves vlakbij supermarkt en restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden waaronder pubs en Le Monde (en dus niet aan place du Caron zoals de kaart aangeeft -daar is het sleutel adres). Het ligt rustig aan de achterzijde. Het gebouw is basic maar heeft lift en locker. 150 meter lopen (mits er genoeg sneeuw ligt) naar de piste (waarna toegang tot diverse liften) en 30 meter lopen bij terugkomst via lift en pad van de piste Plein Sud). Helaas geen wifi. TV niet geprobeerd (als gezin veel spelletjes meegenomen).Keuken klein maar goed werkbaar voor een appartement van dit formaat. Lekker veel borden en glazen!Nadeel is geen ventilatie in de badkamer. En een gordijn (geen deuren zoals beschreven) als scheiding van gang (stapelbed) naar woonkamer (slaapbank).Contact met eigenaresse is heel prettig. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad en geboft met de sneeuw zo bij het seizoenseinde.

Chouette semaine de ski

L’appartement était en bon état et juste assez grand pour notre groupe de 4 personnes. La salle de bain semblait remise à neuve. L’appartement est également bien situé, dans le haut de la station et à proximité de tout. Nous avons passé en somme une bonne semaine.

Appartement en moyen état

Appartement « d’apparence « propre. Beaucoup de moisissures dans le séjour ( j’ai des photos) et dans la SDB le tout mal dissimulés par de la peinture anthracite… ( je suis asthmatique , les moisissures m’ont posées problèmes évidemment, odeur d’ailleurs en rentrant dans l’appartement )menuiseries en très mauvais état État des oreillers, couettes et protèges matelas ( lorsqu’il y en a )sont très sales, Le dessus rouge de la banquette est dans un état lamentable, dégoûtant. Il n’y a plus de boulangerie à 30m, quant à un retour en ski derrière l’appartement ça n’a pas été possible… un peu galère du coup le retour après le ski. En tout cas je loue moi-même des meublés et ne me voit pas louer ce type d’appartement avec moisissures et linge de maison sale. Malheureusement ça a gâché notre séjour et ce n’est pas pour autant que nous aurons une ristourne., donc payé plein pot pour quelque chose qui ne correspond pas vraiment à l’annonce.

je suis navrée de lire vos commentaires. j'y ai moi même résidé en décembre 21 et tout était impeccable. Des personnes peu scrupuleuses sont certainement passées avant vous et j'ai pu constater les dégâts cet été. Des travaux ont été réalisés. Les 4 matelas ont été changés ainsi que les couettes et oreillers. Tout est à présent équipé de bonnes housses de protection. Malheureusement la boulangerie a fermé ses portes, mais la boutique Sherpa est accessible pour le pain à peine plus loin dans la galerie en face de l'immeuble.

Le logement était conforme à la description. - Le canapé se transforme bien en lit 2 places. - Les couettes et oreillers mis à disposition sont dans un état lamentable (très sale, couvert de tache et l’odeur désagréable) - Le manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain et remarquable car moisissures au plafond. Pour la localisation : - Nuisance sonore le soir et la nuit (pour ce logement il ne faut pas avoir envie de dormir) - Les parties communes sont lamentable aucun entretien. - Quartier le plus bruyant de la station.

Je suis vraiment désolée mais surtout étonnée de lire votre commentaire. Je m'y suis rendue en début de saisont et tout était en ordre et propre sans aucune traces de moisissures. Je vous ai laissé mes coordonnées avant le séjour et suis toujours disponible pour trouver un arrangement en cas de soucis. Je travaille en collaboration avec l'agence "ma clé immo" qui aurait pû intervenir. Pour le problème de bruit, Val thorens est une station animée c'est vrai. Le studio se situe à l'arrière du bâtiment et vous êtes peut-être tombée sur un voisin bruyant, mais pour ce genre de soucis, il y a un gardien disponible pour l'immeuble.

Gezellig appartement zeer centraal gelegen

Heerlijk balkon en gezellig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt, zelfs een gourmetset. Bakker, supermarkt, cafe, skihuur, alles binnen 50 meter. Groot appartementencomplex, waarbij je de pech kunt hebben dat de huurders in een naastgelegen appartement een nachtfeestje houden, hoort erbij in Valthorens…Gemakkelijk bagage uitladen voor de deur. Parkeren in P0.

Un appartement charmant, très chaleureux

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à trois dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé : proche de l'arrivée et du départ des pistes, mais aussi entouré de commerces dont les boutiques de location et forfaits de ski, bars... Le séjour est très agréable, la cuisine complète... rien à redire. Je recommande vivement cette location !
