About this property

This home is a must see for anyone who loves what Lake Havasu has to offer!!!!! Huge covered patio for all those who BBQ. The two-car garage is 27 ft deep and boasts a brand new swamp cooler! 40' Boat Garage. Inside the home you will find ample space with a nice entertaining area and beautiful kitchen. The master bedroom is very large with a walk in closet and a beautiful bathroom complete with a large, gorgeous walk in shower. Plenty of room for friends and family in the other two guest rooms. For those of you who do not like carpet this entire home is tiled!!!!!! All of this being offered in a nice, quite south/central location. Maximum 8 Guests in the house. Pets are welcome(Limited to 2 Pet's). This is a No Smoking or Vaping on the Property.

Dog friendly retreat

We were a family of 4 adults and a Labrador. The house was well equipped and suited our needs. It was in perfect proximity to our family’s home. The home was clean and comfy. We would definitely rent again!

This house is a really nice house in the Lake Havasu area. Every aspect of the house is really neat. Including owner's politeness to the house quality itself. Definitely would recommend, or keep in mind this house for future outings

Beautiful home
