You will have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. New owners have remodeled and painted 1,552 sq. ft. interior which is completely furnished and beautifully decorated. Covered patio with plenty of seating for outdoor eating, propane BBQ, lighted ceiling fans next to a sparkling pool. 4 TVs, 3 with SuddenLink/Optimum cable tv and wifi with free Netflx and Amazon Prime, and more, Keurig coffee, electric griddle, 4 slice toaster. Circular driveway plus normal driveway plus side yard for extra vehicle parking. King adjustable bed, Queen bed, full bed with twin bunk above and 2 roll-aways. The London Bridge is only 3.2 miles, Smiths Food only 2.2 miles, FREE Site 6 boat launch only 6 miles, The Spot Pizza and gas station only 1 mile, WalMart-JC Penney-Dillards only 6.6 miles. home away from home

the minute you walk in it feels cozy and comfortable. felt like I was visiting my aunt and uncle, but they weren't home. homeowner was very responsive with any questions. centrally located so it was pretty much 10min drive anywhere we went. neighborhood was quiet, backyard and pool very inviting and the beds were super comfortable. I will definitely book again if available.

Oasis in the desert

This was a great stay for many reasons. Proximity to the lake, friendliness of the owners, the property itself. After a hot day at the lake, it was awesome to come back to a cooled home, shower, and a nice swim to cool down. Great stay!

Staycation

Was very nice , but could use kitchen clothes to clean up with . Garbage disposal was not working on arrival. Easy fix . But overall it was a relaxing staycation!

We purchased our home in January 2021 and completely furnished and remodeled it in a month. It is only available for vacation rental while we are away traveling or visiting our children. Steve is retired from 44 years of newspaper advertising including the Lake Havasu City newspaper Today's News-Herald. Debra is retired from her part-time job from home as a VA Appraisal Reviewer for American Pacific Mortgage. Steve is a veteran and avid poker player. Debra is a 10 year cancer survivor and loves our dog Benni, and all 3 love to boat on the lake. We have 6 children and 17 grandchildren, spread from Colorado to California to Washington to New Zealand.

Why they chose this property

There is so much to see in Lake Havasu City...The American home of the London Bridge, moved and rebuilt here in 1971 is only 3.2 miles from our home, as well as the popular English Channel. Lake Havasu and the Colorado River attracts over a quarter million visitors a year (before Covid). Also a snowbird area in the winter, but mostly water activity seekers during Spring Break and all summer. Casino across the lake available by shuttle boat for $2. 11 casinos an hour away in Laughlin NV and 1 casino in Parker 35 minutes South. Couple of hours to Las Vegas, Phoenix, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Yuma, Mexico, Glamis and Flagstaff.

What makes this property unique

As we have a Westie dog we love, dogs allowed. The sparkling pool with a covered patio with lots of seating and a BBQ and 2 patio fans make this a family vacation retreat. If it is too hot outside the comfortable air conditioning and 5 ceiling fans inside make it nice to watch 4 TVs, 3 tvs with free cable tv and free wifi, all 3 including free Netflix and Amazon Prime. A fully stocked kitchen and pantry allow for your own home cooked meals. All bed linens, pillows, towels, soap and shampoos complete the vacation home experience.
