Welcome to wake zone 3 bed rooms 2 bath updated pool home . House is located on the south side of Lake Havasu on a quiet side street with side parking for your boats/ toys . Back yard is very private with a 6 foot block retaining wall all new patio furniture and grill . Sonos sound system. Very large 8 foot deep pool . Guest have access to the garage . 5 minute drive to downtown and the London bridge.

Spacious Beauty

The house has an open floor plan that gave us so much room. There is no way you can ever feel crowded in this home. The host was kind and replied quickly. The backyard and pool are amazing as well. I would definitely book this house again.

Great home, very clean.

Stay was great, home was nice and clean. It was out of the way a bit from the lake and attractions but that made it nice to be in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and the home was just as advertised. Would definitely stay there again.
