The view from the pool was beautiful, and the location was convenient for reaching nearby attractions. Unfortunately, those were the only highlights of our stay.The home itself felt extremely dated and in need of significant updates. The furniture, particularly the sofas, was visibly worn out, and one of the two pull-out sofa beds was broken. The mattress quality on the sofa beds was also very poor, making them uncomfortable for sleeping.A major concern was the condition of the towels, linens, and extra blankets provided. They appeared very old, overused, and did not feel fresh or clean. Several items had visible stains, which made them unpleasant to use. Additionally, no extra clean sheets were provided for bedding, which was inconvenient for a group of our size.We also experienced an issue with flying insects inside the house. When we reached out to ask if bug spray or any solution was available, we did not receive a response.Although the listing suggests it can accommodate a larger group, the sleeping arrangements were not comfortable for our party of 10. Another issue was the restriction on adjusting the thermostat below 75F, which made the house feel uncomfortably warm throughout our stay.Communication from the owners was minimal and not very helpful overall, though we did appreciate being allowed to check in about 45 minutes early.In summary, while the location and view were nice, the home itself felt outdated and poorly maintained. The house needs a thorough cleaning … dust on cupboard doors and in Bathrooms . Bathrooms need a walk-in shower .. very dated , lawn furniture really faded …

Lake Havasu City view

The house was very comfortable and had a nice floor plan. The pantry was stocked with many appliances. We stayed during a cold snap in March and needed the furnace on to take chill out. We needed a blanket in the extra guest room for our bed. Needless to say we could not use the beautiful pool which was cleaned every week. The scenery from the back patio was the best. The sunsets over looking California were gorgeous. Dishes and silverware would not be enough for a larger group of 8 or more. There were enough large towels to use.

Nice clean home

This house was a good deal for the price. Our only issue we had was with some of the kitchen utensils and cookware. The knives were extremely dull and hard to use. Not enough utensils for a family of 8. Pots and pans were not the best quality to cook with. No dish towels at all. And not nearly enough bath towels, hand towels and wash rags. Other than this the house was great. If these few things were taken care of them the house would be a five star.

Absolutely Perfect!

The house was great! Plenty of room for all of us! The view was amazing! Location is close to everything! Charles was amazing. We somehow locked ourselves out of the house at 9:00 at night. She was there within 20 minutes to save us!! Will definitely stay here next summer!

Beautiful Views

This home has one of the most amazing panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The sunsets were amazing. This is an older 70's home that has had some updates. Backyard pool area was great however the pool was not clean. Pool company came on their scheduled day but didn't get the pool clean. We ended up doing it ourselves. Also owner had plug in air fresheners in every room and the smell was overwhelming. We unplugged them and within a day it was more tolerable.
