This Awesome 4bed/2bath home is WALKING DISTANCE to the Bridgewater Channel, London Bridge & the English Village restaurants & shops.  It is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac.  The inviting backyard is huge including carved tiki palms, natural gas heated pool, large covered patio area, granite bar & built-in gas bbq area, wood burning fire pit, horseshoe game, corn hole game, & ping-pong table!!!
This property is less than a mile away from the Lake and London Bridge. There is a large garage, large long flat driveway, and another large flat RV rock area next to the driveway for extra parking. This home has a unique oval archway leading to the huge living room with 2 couches & a large flat screen TV. The Living Room has a Glass Slider Door to the back yard and 2 large windows overlooking the backyard & pool. The Dining Area also has a slider door overlooking the pool & backyard. The kitchen has new granite countertops, backsplash, new gas oven w center griddle, & new appliances.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with a Slider Door that overLooks the pool & backyard. There are 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds & one has a slider leading out to the back patio & overlooks the pool/ backyard. There is a large 4th room with a full/full bunk bed, & a Queen bed as well.
All of the rooms are good sized with ceiling fans. The 4th bedroom has a tall floor fan.
The back yard is huge and has 2 covered Patio areas with ceiling fans. There are misters near the granite bar & built-in gas bbq area. The sparkling pool is large & rectangular shaped. It can be heated by the natural gas heater (*renter pays for gas usage to heat pool). Gas is rare in Havasu & it is much cheaper to run than Propane for heating any pool. The tropical backyard has palm trees and carved tiki heads throughout. There is also a horseshoe game, a ping-pong table in the garage, & wood burning fire pit for your enjoyment!
This house has been remodeled with a new AC unit, new roof, remodeled hall bathroom, new carpet throughout, kitchen remodeled, & new exterior stucco & paint! It’s comfortable & spacious & our Guests become regulars after their 1st stay here!
We start you out with 3 rolls of toilet paper, & a roll of paper towels. Laundry pods, dish soaps, shower wash, & soap at each sink are provided. There are also napkins and coffee filters provided. Winter Guests may need to provide some of these items depending on their length of stay.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for the safety & protection of our Home & our Guests. Tampering in any way with the Security Cameras will result in a charge to repair or replace the damage done, including Service Call fees. These cameras are in the front driveway, each side of house & one in the backyard overlooking the yard & pool.
Owner is available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay, only a text or phone call away!! No Property Manager or Middle Man to deal with.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out: 
Load and start the dishwasher 
Gather used towels 
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish 
Turn off the lights and lock the doors 
Turn AC to 85° during warm months & to 70° during cooler months. 
Return any moved furniture to its place it was at during check-in.  
Turn water off in garage. See manual for directions. Valve in on garage wall just past the hot water heater & there’s a sign marking it.  
All trash must be picked up, both inside & outside, & disposed of into appropriate trash containers outside.  There are extra black trash bags in garage on shelf for any extra trash if needed.  
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We (Bryon & Jamie Pyle) raised our family traveling to different lakes around CA.  We spent 4-6 weeks a year doing Lake Vacations.  We are a family that loves water sports & Lake Life. 
Lake Havasu was our favorite Lake out of them all! 10 years ago, we bought our personal home in Lake Havasu and then began buying homes for Vacation Rentals. We had 11 Vacation Rentals and operated them for the past 8 years. Recently we decided it was time to sell several of the homes and keep our favorite 2 to continue to operate as Vacation Rentals. I (Jamie) was ready to slim down so I could have more free time to enjoy life, family & friends.
We have enjoyed hosting many amazing Guests over the years and look forward the them returning each year! It has been great meeting so many different people from around the world! It is very rewarding to hear of the great memories they create while staying at our Homes.
We have 3 married kids, & 6 grandbabies that are the highlight of our life. We go back and forth between Orange County, CA & Lake Havasu. Bryon runs his Mortgage Company in CA and Jamie runs the Havasu Vacation Rentals. We enjoy our Razor & hiking during the cooler months, and boating & jet skiing during the warmer months.
We have truly become attached to the awesome community that Lake Havasu offers. The many different events, restaurants, activities & amazing people make Lake Havasu a true gem!!
