Our family vacation. They place was ideal. Great beach access. Close to restaurants. The condo was ideal for 4 adult and the 2 grandkids. Will be visiting again.

Awesome spot

Super close to the beach. Condo was in good shape. Super quiet, too. We love the 30A area and this may be our favorite spot.

Perfect for young families!

This condo was extremely spacious and, during our stay, the pool was mostly used by smaller children during the day, which was ideal for our young children to get some time in the pool. The building was so quiet and tidy and the room gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. We loved our stay!

Takes me back

I stayed in this condominium growing up, I was so excited to come back. Definitely did not disappoint! Very clean and the beds were more comfortable than I have at home. Tons of kids for my two to play with but still quiet enough to relax.

Nice location

We’ve stayed in Santa Rosa before and this was one of the better locations. On the beach and off the beaten path. The condo was perfect for our needs. I do wish we had a better view of ocean from condo but it was a one minute walk downstairs to beach access. Beach was clean and no smokers was a plus. All tenants the week we were there were very respectful of the property and rules. My teen enjoyed the gym everyday and played basketball as well. We had a great time!

Perfect weekend getaway for my family

The condo was the perfect size for my family of 5. The amenities were so perfect that we kept the same routine pretty much every day…beach, pool, rest, dinner, pool, sleep, repeat! Having direct beach access was such a plus, we only took the car out for dinner at night. Having the beach chairs and umbrella as a part of the package was very nice, especially after we knew to get our name on the list early every morning because it was first come first serve. Santa Rosa has had a special place in our hearts since we visited years ago, and now that we’ve stayed here, this place may become a staple for us. Thank you to the property manager as well, very nice and quick in communication.

A Fantastic Summer Vacation Spot

Our family loves the Blue Mountain Beach area. We have stayed in this condo facility multiple times (albeit, not in the same unit). We had a minor glitch while checking in, but I believe it was unavoidable. The property manager quickly made it right. She was always quick to reply to any concern. The beach access and beach service are a huge plus. Great restaurants are just minutes away. When we look to return to the area, we will definitely have this property at the top of our list to check availability. I highly recommend this unit.
