View, very quiet, greenery and secluded at the top of a hill. 400 meters, on foot, the center and all shops nearby, and the market 2 times a week on Wednesday and Saturday, 500 meters from the historic center. PRIVATE HEATED POOL on 50m2 teak terrace. No direct opposite. Beautiful stone terrace, about 80 m², allowing to enjoy the sun all day, and the sunset behind the hills with a drink in hand. Outside hot water shower (solar).
