Maison de très bon standing avec piscine chauffée et bien située
Nous avons loué cette maison 1 semaine (du 11 au 18 août 2018);
nous étions 2 familles (2 couples et 4 enfants), maison parfaitement adaptée pour 8 personnes disposant de 4 belles chambres (1 suite parentale pour chaque couple et 1 salle d'eau pour les 2 chambres des 4 enfants);
nous avons particulièrement apprécié:
1/ la piscine chauffée (29 minimum et en permanence, indispensable en Charente)
2/ la belle terrasse pour les repas et son store efficace et très utile quand beau soleil
3/ également une belle salle à manger permettant de manger à 8 dedans si nécessaire
4/ le calme au fond d'une impasse, avec possibilité de garer à 2 ou 3 voitures sans pb
5/ la proximité à pied (6-8 minutes) du centre de St Palais (boulangerie, presse, restau et plages de ville), accès à la plage de la grande côte à 5 kms en voiture
6/ la gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires
Si nous revenons dans la région, il est évident que nous re-solliciterons cette location!
