About this property
Magnificent villa in a private estate with panoramic sea view
Exceptional villa of 900m2 on the seafront with infinity pool and outdoor hot tub.
Located in the private domain of Cape Town, it is an idyllic place for holidays with family or friends. Between the beach (5 min by car), swimming pool, tennis and hiking to the local vineyards there is plenty to keep you busy all year round!
The villa has 5 double bedrooms and 4 with single beds (which we can prepare as double beds). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath.
There is a large living room, dining room, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cinema room and utility room.
Outside there is a large swimming pool, a hot water pool in the rocks, a waterfall, tranzattes, and two large tables for taking meals by the pool.
