Woodhaven Retreat is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath genuine log cabin that comfortably sleeps 14. At 2200 sq ft and located just 5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, it's ideal for a group of family or friends looking for a mountain getaway.

With easy-access streets and no steep, mountain roads, Woodhaven Retreat provides you with plenty of level parking and a flat, wheelchair-accessible entry straight into the cabin. An entire wall of windows and high-vaulted ceilings fill the cabin with natural light and the open-floor plan across the main level allows everyone to be part of the conversation and enjoy the stone gas fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped, has a gas stove top, granite counters, and a large pantry with plenty of storage for any groceries or items during your stay. Our large dining room tables provide plenty of seating for your group.

There are two bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms on the main floor. Each is equipped with a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. One bedroom has a walk in shower.

Head downstairs to challenge your friends and family on a pool table, air hockey, foosball, board games, or on some retro arcade games like Rampage. You can also draw the curtains to watch a movie, sports game, or favorite show on the easy-to-use 100 inch projection screen connected to Roku. Or relax and take a dip in our 7-person hot tub with great views.

On the lower level there is a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk bed with a flat screen TV and 4th room with a bunk bed and flat screen TV. There is also a large bathroom with shower and tub.

You can have a seat on our rocking chairs and enjoy the views on our wrap around deck and the blooming dogwoods in the spring.

Located just 5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, Woodhaven Retreat provides a convenient location close to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Splash Country, the Island, and Gatlinburg. For our guests who also come for the beauty of the Great Smokies, Woodhaven Retreat is located just 10 minutes from the National Park.

Great house! Lots of space. There were 12 of us; 6 adults and 6 kids, and there was plenty of room for all to spread out and have their own space. Loved the deck outside and the great views. Owner was very quick to respond to questions and address any issues. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Smoky Mountains at some point!

Excellent stay here with my adult sons! Follow the directions in the welcome email though, GPS had us on the other...newly developed/unconnected/straight up side of the mountain...stay on 321 until you see a sign for 400 acres for mega millions for sale then turn left. Easy to get to from there. Would stay again without hesitation!

Woodhaven cabin in actuality did not look like the pictures posted on the website. The rooms were not near as spacious as the pics shown nor was the furniture quite the same. Our host was communicated quite well until we got to the cabin. The host had very kindly set the heat thermostat to 70 to make the cabin feel warm and cozy when we arrived. It was nice and warm upstairs but downstairs was very cool. After trying to find a separate thermostat downstairs, i messaged the host asking about the heat downstairs. She informed me i needed to give it more time to warm up, that it was not on a seperate thermostat, and it was central heat

Overall, it was ok and the host was responsive to my requests. We did have some issues with the A/C upstairs and had to use a box fan to pull in air from outside a few nights. It got very hot inside while using the oven to cook dinner. We had issues with the cleanliness, but the host did refund my cleaning fee to help offset that. The game room was ok, but could have been set up a little better and it always stayed cold down there with only a space heater to try and warm it up. The pool table was too close to the wall and made it difficult to play, but it worked out ok. The appearance looked rugged, but did not bother me because we were in a cabin on a mountain and it fit the theme. I would probably not stay at this cabin again with the other options available that are a little better.

Great Cabin and Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location for visiting all of the area surrounding Wears Valley. Our only suggestion regards the furniture, especially downstairs.

The majority of the cabin is outdated. Needs a good cleaning and some major TLC. Many places in the home were Jerry-rigged. The owner was very responsive to our needs regarding an issue.

Extended Family Spring Break

Everything about this stay was great. Proximity to everything is superb, whether going into the busy tourist areas (Pigeon Forge - Gatlinburg) or wanting to explore nature (hiking trails - caves). Plenty space for our group of 10 ( 1 dog)! Pool table was a hit for the teens and adults! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic cabin

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is so comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The air hockey table, pool table and wide variety of games kept the kids busy. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful cabin, very relaxing and plenty of room and things to do while there. The game tables were great! The kitchen was very well equipped and making meals was easy between the grill and all the kitchen appliances. Let's talk about the serenity and those Views, Wow!! Coffee and the sunrise every morning, listening to a whippoorwill a few of those mornings was so relaxing and blissful, just what we needed. The sofa's are in need of updating, not comfortable to sit and relax on, but we did really enjoy our time in the game room or on the deck. It was for me the best vacation I have ever had. Thank you to the owners for all their attention to the details in this cabin in the hills.
