Nice T2 of 45 m2 by the sea (7 min walk) and in the center of St Brévin Les Pins. All amenities nearby within 5min (bakery, cafe, restaurants, supermarket, market ...)

There are 5 beds: 3 in the bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 2 in the sofa bed in the living room.

The accommodation has recently been refurbished. The living room is large, modern and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle ...). There is a nice shower room with heated towel rail and vanity unit with column having lots of storage. The toilets are separate.

House with shared garden and private sunny terrace of around 20 m2.

Séjour à Saint Brévin

Logement conforme à sa description, près du supermarché, à côté du marché (le dimanche matin la rue qui est en sens unique est barrée). Terrasse peu utilisable car en plein soleil dès la fin de matinée. Location très bien pour notre séjour de 3 semaines à 2 personnes.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre location à Saint Brevin les Pins. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Karine. A deux pas d une grande surface, du marché, des commerces, de la plage. Alors n'hésitez pas à louer le logement de karine.
