Nice corner lot
We stayed here with 6 people total - a family of 4 with school age children and grandparents.The home is as pictured. There was plenty of seating for everyone, rooms/beds and pots and pans for cooking. We enjoyed the private pool and lucked out that no one was staying next door, so we had a nice quiet location. The neighborhood is nice and easy to walk/run on the sidewalks. The clubhouse was not unlocked while we were there so we didn't get to try the workout room. Couple things to note: you will need to buy additional toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent/drier sheets, dishwasher pods and garbage bags. The property management company only gives you 1 roll of TP and paper towels to start. There were plenty of coffee makers, including one that took single serve cups. The bath towels are pretty small and well worn, but there's a good number of them. We mixed up our days with relaxing by the pool and heading into Orlando to Universal Studios. If you are planning to head to the amusment parks give yourself a lot of extra travel time. When we left by 7am we got there in 50 min. When we left at 730am it took 2 hours. It was nice when we finally got home and out of the bumper to bumper traffic to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The owners were responsive. Unfortunately the property management company responsible for onsite needs was not. We had a few burned out lights we called about but they never responded during the 9 days we were there.
