Newly refurbished with high end finishes, our Lakefront home located on the north shore of Sand Point, Michigan. Enjoy your own private beach with beautiful seasonal sunrises and sunsets! Come experience the Thumb of Michigan at its finest. We are located 5 miles from Caseville and about 20 miles from Port Austin, home of the famous Turnip Rock! We welcome you to our Happy Place and know you will love it as much as we do!

This was a very great experience. This house and location is ideal. The beach by far is the highlight of the property. It is expansive and you are able to walk up and down the beach for miles unobstructed. There is very little traffic and other obstructions present on the beach.The house is ideal, clean and modern, and has all modern amenities. The Internet is fast, and easy to use. The house comes with everything needed. The furniture is comfortable and updated. There is a nice fire pit. There is nice beach chairs available to use.The host is easy to communicate with and instructions are very clear. The property is ideal. A minor inconvenience is the limited bathrooms that are available however this is not a deal breaker by any means.Would definitely recommend and will definitely look forward to staying again

Amazing Views

This rental house was perfect. It had plenty of room for our family a nice large kitchen. The views from the deck and living room of Saginaw Bay were amazing.

Amazing location & house!

This house and location is amazing! Right when you walk in the front door, the view of the lake takes your breath away! The porch, grassy area, and beach are top notch! The owners were extremely helpful with the check in process. We had a fantastic time here. It is perfect for all ages. We had little children and the beach and shallow water made it worry free.

Great Beachfront Location

The home was very clean. The updates are nice, however, there were missing pieces of flooring (maybe it is just getting finished up?) kitchen is stocked nicely. We spend most of our time swimming in the lake and making s’mores in the amazing backyard.

Lake Huron Views

The views were outstanding the access to the water and location were great. Lots of sun, from sunrise to sunset, given the location and time of year. The house itself needs maintenance, was a bit damp in my view, but is set up to accommodate a lot of people and is larger then expected inside. I recommend checking the additional booking/host fees and extra per person rates for clarity when booking. Several nice small towns nearby, boat launch and nightly slips were available at Marina on the same road was really convenient as well.

You can't beat this location!

You can't beat this location and the home is beautiful! It was so nice to have access to a private beach. The property was fully equipped with everything you could need and the hosts made the reservation & check-in process really easy. Highly recommend!
