tres bel appartement avec toutes les commerces a proximité (pas besoin de la voiture) avec acces direct a la plage

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Anlage

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet (leise Spülmaschine, viel Geschirr und Gläser, Töpfe, Waschmaschine , Grill auf dem Balkon, Sitzecke auf dem Balkon, Tisch mit 6 Stühlen auf dem Balkon und im Ess-/Wohnzimmer). Insgesamt gibt es 6 Schlafplätze. Leider kann die kleine Seitenstraße in der Hochsaison sehr laut sein. Diese ist zum Schlafzimmer hin. Ebenso hört man teilweise die Veranstaltungen von den Campingplätzen. Allerdings sind die Türen und Fenster gut isoliert. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Swimmingpool ist sehr schön angelegt (Tiefe 1,50m). Auch gibt es einen eigenen Zugang zu dem Sandstrand von Marseillan-Plage. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Très bon séjour

Comme en 2020, appartement parfait, propre et bien équipé dans une résidence très bien entretenue avec parking et place privée, un piscine impeccable et un accès direct sur la plage. Très bien accueillis par Noelle, elle est charmante. Idéalement situé à Marseillan plage, proche de tous commerces, restaurants, superette, animations, plage... Avec les très fortes chaleurs, nouas avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation! Nos deux adolescentes ont adoré ce séjour et nous aussi. Merci
