Located in Upper Deer Valley's luxurious Silver Lake Village, this Black Bear Lodge 2 bedroom/3 full bathroom luxurious condo is perfect for a great family ski vacation or year round getaway. This condo sleeps 10 with two master suites (one with bunk beds and one with a sleeper sofa) and a comfortable pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy your own private hot tub on the porch after an awesome day on the slopes as well as a backyard area off the patio for the kids to play. There is also a pool, hot tub, gas grill and fitness facility in the complex

Black Bear Lodge is located JUST 200 YARDS FROM THE LIFTS and the ski valet where you can store your skis for free overnight.


If you want to cuddle up and stay in, we have lots to do for fun. There are 4 sonos, high speed wi-fi, and large flat screen tv’s in every room. We have lots of books, board games, DVD’s and a gaming console with the hottest games. All the bedding is luxurious and the bathrooms have jetted tubs and beautiful finishes. The recently remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful meal including everything from a crock pot to a fondue set. We have an electric grill on the back patio and all the grilling tools you might need. We also have central AC, an underground parking spot, a Pack n’ Play and a high chair for the little ones.

Silver Lake Village boasts six elegant restaurants, along with many other shops and boutiques for you to enjoy right outside your door during your stay. The epic Stein Eriksen is across the street and Après there is not to be missed. We are also near the St. Regis and the Montage which are lovely to visit. It’s also just a quick car ride (2.4 miles/7 minutes) to Main Street for dining, shopping and exploring. There is so much to do in Park City year round. Skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, art galleries, great restaurants, amusement parks, rodeos, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. There is free public transportation right outside the front door and uber is an easy option too.

Perfect location

Loved the hot tub after long days skiing. Easy access to everything. The Queen sized bed is more firm than typical but a member in our party used it and was very happy. Not one thing I would change or suggest.

family perfect - great location!

Our whole family with five kids ages 7-16 loved this property for a winter ski vacation at Deer Valley. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds warm and comfy, plenty of space, lots of games, and the hot tub was perfect for end of day.

So easy!

We loved how easy it was to access the condo and get to the mountain. The ski trip was a breeze. The condo is large and very cozy. Perfect getaway for our family of 4.

Quick Deer Valley Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our time at the Condo. Accomodations were accurate as described. Hot Tub wasnt working but Julie was great to work with for reslolution. Would stay here again.

Great Stay in Deer Valley

This was our 4th stay in Deer Valley and we absolutely loved this particular experience. The unit is in a great location, about a 3-4 minute walk to the lifts. The unit is exactly as described and very well equipped. Julie is very easy to reach and communicate with. Loved our trip to Deer Valley and would rent this unit again.

Comfortable, convenient condo

We have stayed in several units in the Black Bear Lodge over the years and agreed that this was our favorite. The layout is spacious, the furnishings are updated and comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated. Nice towels, linens, and other little touches. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. And the location is ideal in Silver Lake. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal condo

We loved our weeklong stay at black bear lodge. Julie was so easy to work with and very helpful. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. We cooked and had everything we needed. Phone chargers were available. The beds were super comfortable. Fun games and all the cable channels we needed. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was included and convenient on the way to the lifts which were a quick 4-5 minute walk in ski boots. We loved staying at mid mountain.

Ladies Annual Ski Adventure

The condo is conveniently located about 2 blocks from the mid-mountain. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The Black Bear shuttle can be scheduled to go to Park City for groceries, restaurants or shopping. We cook most nights and the kitchen had everything needed. The hot tub is out the back door. The maintenance came by regularly to clear away the snow. Julie, the owner was extremely responsive about all issues. We will be back.

Cozy Condo in a Great Location

Black Bear Lodge is a great property close to Silver Lake lodge. This condo has nice furniture, comfy beds, high quality linens, toiletries provided. Lots of nice little details such as plenty of hooks to hang your ski accessories by the entry, cute pillows on the couches, and lovely artwork on the walls. The fireplace works great and really warms the place up. Underground parking garage with an included dedicated spot is a big plus. The owner is really, really nice and responds very quickly to texts and emails. She let us have a late check out which was much appreciated. The kitchen is stocked full of food, utensils, etc - maybe a bit more than we are used to in a rental unit, but on the plus side you should be able to find anything you might need. We have stayed in a couple of the other units at this property and this one seemed to be a just little louder than the others due to one of the main stairways being outside the bedroom windows. Two of the three elevators were out of service for the duration of our stay which possibly drove foot traffic to the stairs so maybe not usually a big deal. The people working at the front desk are part of a rental company that manage some other units in the building, but were happy to help us out with any questions as well. The only disappointment was that we arrived to find the private hot tub drained and out of service. The owner did work quickly to get it fixed. By the time the part arrived and then taking a full day for the water to heat up we only had the hot tub for one day of our stay, but there is also a community hot tub for use and now the one in the unit does seem to be in tip top shape for future guests. The owner did offer to comp our breakfast at Cena next door (although when we went over there they had no clue what we were talking about, lol). All in all, a nice cozy stay with all the amenities of Silver Lake within quick walking distance.

We had a great week staying here. The location is perfect, close to lifts and everything we like at Silver Lake. Size was great for 4 adults and 2 kids. Condo has everything you need and is well stocked. Owner was great with communication and solved any issue quickly and easily. Thank you!

Excellent place

We really enjoyed this property! We had an issue upon arrival but Julie was very responsive and did her best to make it right as quickly as possible. The condo itself is in a great location, a 4 minutes walk to Silver Lake Lodge (and that’s with kids in ski boots). Close enough to come home for lunch— the kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated that there were salt, pepper, seasonings, etc on site already. Having 3 bathrooms and in unit laundry were great for our family of 5. The private hot tub was also nice and my kids enjoyed the outdoor community pool one day as well. The unit was full of toys and games that we all enjoyed. It is a ground level unit so the bedroom side is a bit dark (protected from sun by building and decking above) but all the better for sleeping! Overall, we would stay here again when we come back to Deer Valkey!

The Perfect Deer Valley Spot

Our group of 4 adults and 3 young (5-8 years old) kids had the absolute best Spring Break stay at this property. The location and amenities make this the perfect spot for a Deer Valley ski trip. Walk to the lifts, as well as the ski and boot storage, numerous restaurants, on property pool and the hot tub on the back patio couldn’t make for a more convenient and enjoyable trip. We will be back!

Fabulous Property for our Girl’s Trip!

Fabulous property, spacious, clean, very well equipped, with every possible kitchen gadget can imagine, including an air fryer, nespresso machine, hot tub, even a sewing kit for a wardrobe malfunction! The host promptly answered any questions or concerns we had. Easy walk to the lift, the property had a shuttle we called for getting around Park City. Front desk staff very kind, helpful and courteous. Great experience, thank you!
