The kitchen pass-through has a breakfast bar area with 2 stools. The dining area is at the far end of the large kitchen and comfortably seats 6.

The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, broad water views and a cozy sitting area to just relax and enjoy the view! There is also a private bath with a walk-in shower and plenty of closet and drawer space. Guest bedroom 1 has a full bed & twin bed along with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A full bath with double sinks and tub/shower combo is steps away. Guest bedroom 2 has a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, private bath with walk-in shower and water views! Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom.

Two kayaks are stored in the garage and can be launched right from the back yard dock. The garage also has a large bin with beach supplies. There are 4 chairs, a canopy, an umbrella, shelling baskets & bags, 2 shark tooth baskets and sifters, a soft-sided cooler and a rolling cart.
