amazing views

The overall experience was really good. We had 6 people in our family and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was an amazing stay, made even better by the friendliness of Victoria. She is always available by phone or text should any questions arise. The only reason we did not give this overall rating a 5 star is because of the limited Air conditioning. It seems that the entire development has been constructed with less than adequate AC. The kitchen, Living room and 2 of the three bedrooms were sufficiently cool. However the 3rd was not. Of course your on Kauai and if the trade winds are moving well the need for AC is not much but during our stay, the night winds were unpredictable so we had 2-3 nights where the winds were not enough to keep things cool inside the condo. But Victoria is actually working to putting a new system in soon as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Dear all, Thank you for the review. I agree, the place is amazing, the views breathtaking, and the breeze in the condo (listed without AC since AC basically does not work instead it consumes 50 KWA for the evening and night at 32c/KWA) with all windows and doors opened makes the condo very pleasant even too cool at night. The lanai is always pleasant. Please come back anytime.

Princeville plantation was perfect

Great property that worked well for our family of six. The garage was great to store our beach stuff and came loaded with smaller coolers, boogie boards, chairs and stuff. The complex was fun with pool and spa and workout room. Spectacular views off the balcony. Washer dryer in unit were great

Princeville Condo surrounded by fun

While this Condo is close to the main entry road, so there’s road noise, it also provides great access to multiple opportunities to have fun. Makai golf, hidden beaches and views are close too. If you travel just a few short miles and Hanalei, Anini, and the multi break bay, Kalihiwai are prime. Multiple restaurants for most any tastes are close too. My family of 5 had a great 2 week Xmas/ NewYear stay. Get on island time and relax

When I retire I will move to Kauai. It is the most peaceful place in the world (for me).
The condo has a calming effect. Just sitting on the lanai cleanses my soul.
