Welcome! This is a house that lies romantic in the middle of the beautiful Majorcan countryside with incredible views to the northern bay.
It is a 1-storey house of 220 m2 and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends. One room has a bunk bed, while the others have a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).

This cosy and comfortable villa allows you to feel at home. Sit down and chill out on the sofa in the living room to enjoy a good book, watch satellite TV in German, English or Spanish, listening to music, surf the Internet or have a little siesta. The dining room area has a big rustic table where you will be able to enjoy summer meals with friends and family. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your vacation: toaster, coffee machine, orange juice extractor, kettle, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space outside the house to park 6 cars.

The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The 200 m2 terrace is furnished and it has a chill out area. The house has a 10 x 4.50 meter private pool and a lawn area of 250 m2. Just enjoy the Mediterranean sun or have fun with your children on the big garden.
The area of Santa Margalida is right in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to get to anywhere with a short drive. The area is basically rural and settled by local people, which means that tourism is not the main activity of the area, so you will be able to discover the authentic Mallorca. In Santa Margalida you will be able to find everything you may need during your holiday: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants. A short drive will take you to Manacor, home town of Rafa Nadal, famous for its pearl factory!

A 15 minutes drive will take you to the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a sunny day in a white sand and shallow crystalline water beach and taste paella in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of your day having a cocktail at sunset! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the calm of Playa de Muro. We as well recommend visiting the coast of Alcúdia and Pollença, where you will be able to discover an amazing amount of different coves!

A wonderful family holiday, would love to go back one day.

[+]Lovely secluded surroundings, perfect for a family holiday. Great views and very peaceful. The property its self was perfect for us, full of character and charm. The bedrooms were spacious with ample storage. The kitchen and bbq area were well equipped and clean - as was everything else. The living area had modern smart TV's (unlike photos). Various sitting/eating areas outside to enjoy evening meals. It's a very, very nice property and we would love to go back. 10 minutes to Can Picafort in the car, which was a lovely sea side town with a nice beach, and plenty of supermarkets. Santa Margalida also offered some slightly smaller supermarkets and was a nice little town to visit. [-] I would not say insects were a problem or upset us in anyway, but we had to be careful leaving any food on the surfaces as tiny little ants would find anything within a few minutes. The main thing we didn't like was having to go home at the end, we would have loved to have stayed.

Beautiful promotional photos, unfortunately not clean and poor interior. Definitely avoid.

Due to the photos, our expectations were high. The introduction was quick and straightforward. First, the owner informed us that we would need to pay over 30 euros per day in taxes, amounting to 210 euros per week. This was new to us. However, we were told we could pay at the end. Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations at all. A bathroom in the style of the 70s smelled like a sewer, and the tiles had not been cleaned for a long time. Old hairs were stuck to the tiles. Pots, pans, and bowls were full of leftover food! In the pool, my children found undissolved, highly toxic chlorine tablets! The pool had not been cleaned for weeks. Some cabinets in the children's room were broken. Sofas and armchairs were covered with blankets because they were stained. The duvets were not covered but simply wrapped in a bedsheet. Dust was found in every corner. During the handover and our feedback, the owner was annoyed. Research revealed that the tax does not amount to 210 euros per week, but only 7.70 euros. He shrugged and told us he thought it would be much more expensive. We felt that he was not being honest and wanted to overcharge us. If we had given him the 210 euros, he would have taken it. We rounded up the actual tax of 7.70 euros to 10 euros. He did not want to accept that. Overall, it was a very bad experience and definitely not recommendable. At most, 1-2 stars with goodwill.

Wir haben uns wohlgefällig,

Die Finca ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Ein riesiger, schön angelegter Garten umringt das Haus. Es gibt drei große Schlafzimmer für jeweils ein Paar und ein Zimmer mit zwei Kinderbetten. Zwei gute Badezimmer die jeweils en-suite liegen runden das Bild ab. Beim Grillplatz gibt es einen schönen Sitzplatz und direkt am Eingang eine weitere Terrasse. Da es sehr viele Pflanzen gibt, wirken beide Plätze sehr natürlich. Der Pool ist groß und hat genügend Liegen zum Sonnen sowie einen großen, überdachten Tisch mit Stühle. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und das Tor wird mit einem Sender geöffnet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - es fehlte an nichts. Ein schönes Haus in dem wir uns gut gefühlt haben.

Wundervoll ruhig, schöner Pool!

I liked: Großartige Finca. Pool tolle Größe und mit Beleuchtung! Ungeheizt schätze ich mal aber das Wasser hatte im Juni perfekte Temperatur (um die 30 Grad schätze ich) um sich lange darin aufzuhalten. Schöne Abkühlung wenn es zu heiss wird und man bekommt trotzdem keinen Kälteschock, so dass man schnell wieder heraus müsste. Sehr angenehm. Im Frühjahr und Herbst weiß ich natürlich nicht, wie sich der Pool aufwärmt, aber für uns Ende Juni mit 30 Grad Außentemperatur perfekt. Großzügige Ausstattung, freundlicher Hausherr (wohnt im Dorf und nicht mit auf der Finca). Ameisen sind natürlich auch in der Küche vorhanden, sobald man länger etwas stehen lässt, aber darauf sollte man sich bei einer Finca auf dem Land eh einstellen. Ist halt so. Mücken waren fies, aber ist auch normal für südliche Länder. Deshalb kein Punktabzug. Traumhafte Ruhe und auch tolle Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Einfahrt mit automatischen Tor durch Fernbedienung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub mit der Familie

Wir (4köpfige Familie) haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca Vila sehr genossen. Das Haus ist riesig und die Ausstattung (vor allem in der Küche) ist exzellent. Das Beeindruckendste sind allerdings der Pool und der Außenbereich. Mehrere Terrassen rund um das Haus, ein wundervoller Poolbereich, Obstbäume, mallorquinisches Flair, tolle Outdoor-Küche, traumhafter Ausblick. Miguel (der Hausbesitzer) hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, Miguel! Familie Rose

das Grundstück und die Lage waren für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern super. Das Highlight war der Pool aber auch die vielen Sitz-Rückzugs- und Essensmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus waren für eine quirlige Familie perfekt. Auch Spül-und Waschmaschine waren ein Muss. Also kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die außerordentlich gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft, sowohl in der Küche als auch im ganzen Umfeld der Anlage, sodass wir einen entspannten, erholsamen und genussvollen Urlaub verbringen konnten. Die weiträumige Gartenanlage mit alten Oliven- und Feigenbäumen und vielen, zum Teil üppig blühenden mediterranen Pflanzen war sehr gepflegt und großzügig angelegt. Der schöne große Pool wurde zwischenzeitlich gereinigt und gewartet. Der Besitzer ist freundlich, entgegenkommend, zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar. Entstanden Schwierigkeiten, wurden diese sofort in Angriff genommen und beseitigt. Was für uns 8 Erwachsene (4 Paare) nicht so günstig war: Eines der 4 Schlafzimmer ist wohl als Kinderzimmer gedacht und mit etwas kleineren, doppelstöckigen Betten ausgestattet.

Heerlijk rustige gezinsvakantie in zeer complete vila

Het is een ruim opgezette vila met een prachtig stuk grond eromheen. De tuin is met aandacht aangelegd met citroen, sinaasappel e.a. bomen. Zwembad is ook heerlijk al was het voor de kids nog iets te koud zo de laatste maand van april. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal voor 2 gezinnen. Het huis en de enorme tuin rondom bieden enorm veel privacy en dus rust. Dat overtrof onze verwachtingen! Enkel de bedden vielen ons erg tegen. De bedden voor de volwassenen zijn krappe twijfelaars die max 1.90 lang zijn. De matrassen kunnen echt niet meer. We voelden de veren gewoon zitten en hadden allen na 2 dagen enorme rug en heuppijn. Dat is toch jammer omdat je juist op vakantie wil uitrusten.

Huis met prachtige tuin, fijn zwembad in heerlijke rustige omgeving voor 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen De tuin is echt prachtig en het zwembad heerlijk. 10 minuutjes rijden van Can Picafort en 25 minuutjes naar leuke baaitjes. Hele aardige eigenaar die je snel te woord staat. Het huis is typisch spaans en het interieur wat verouderd. De airco is aangenaam en stil, zo ook de omgeving. Een heerlijk huis om in te verblijven. De slaapkamer met stapelbed is een kinderkamer en niet geschikt voor volwassenen. Vandaar dat ik comfort en prijs-kwaliteit verhouding iets minder beoordeel. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De keuken spullen waren niet zo heel erg schoon en voor een groot gezin was de koelkast vrij klein.

Villa au calme surplombant la campagne environnante magnifique

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec les enfants. 2 familles. Le propriétaire très sympathique s'occupe de la piscine tôt le matin et est très discret. La maison est très bien située. Au calme. A 8 kms de Can picafort et de la plage des Muro. Eroski idem à 8 kms avec tout. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. La maison est vaste avec deux salons et 4 chambres. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances, au paradis. Si on veut trouver un défaut, les lits ne sont pas aussi vastes et confortables que dans les hôtels mais ils font l'affaire pour les vacances. Vacances au top.

wunderschöne Finca

1 Woche in den Osterferien mit Kindern. Die Finca ist wunderschön und man merkt an vielen Details, dass sie mit Leidenschaft erbaut und gepflegt wird. Das Anwesen ist weitläufig und man hat absolute privatsphäre. Versteck spielen mit den Kindern wurde auch so schnell nicht langweilig. Die Räume sind aufgeräumt, sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Die Poollandschaft ist toll und an 2 sonnigen Tagen haben wir uns auch rein getraut.
