Large kitchen and bath, hardwood floors and a porches on both the back and front of the house to enjoy the summer weather. There is a porch off the master bedroom to enjoy a drink or a cup of coffee with views of the marsh and Powder Point Bridge!

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a full day at the beach and air conditioning to keep you cool when you return to the house.
