LOVELY, QUIET TWO-PERSON HOUSE WITH SWIMMING POOL

We offer a ground floor house for two people in a quiet area, 12 minutes from the airport, beaches, mountain views, 10 minutes from the river, pool terrace
User-friendliness and simplicity are at the meeting
The house has air conditioning, equipped with all the necessary comforts bedroom with a 160 bed, wardrobe, small TV lounge, bathroom with Italian shower, separate wc, washing machine, equipped kitchen (electric hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes), indoor and outdoor table, outdoor patio with umbrella.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
You will also find at your disposal basic products (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste) as well as a hair dryer.

Required to do the cleaning during your stay.
Wifi connection. Free.
Free parking on our property (closed by an electric gate)
Iron (on request)

You have free access to the swimming pool with deckchair.
The pool is not heated. One generally bathes there from May to September or even October depending on the weather.

The interiors are non-smoking areas.
Animals are not allowed.

Located between sea and mountain
The place is ideal for lovers of hiking, nature and you are half an hour from the Vizzavona pass to go to the "Cascade des Anglais"
Close to Ajaccio without being in town, you can get there in 15 minutes.
The first beaches are a quarter of an hour away.

We welcome travelers from 5 p.m. We are always present when you arrive.
We are also often present outside of our working hours. You can therefore contact us if you need any information or for any other reason.
We will be happy to inform you about the beaches to discover, the hikes and sea excursions to do, the various tourist activities (tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, etc.) as well as the restaurants. You will also find various tourist guides and information on activities to do in Corsica at your disposal.

Excellent séjour chez Marie-France. Très beau logement avec un aménagement comme chez soi et une propreté exemplaire. La terrasse est un plus bien appréciable avec canapé, chaises et pergola et un accès à leur piscine. Nous étions au calme et en même temps Ajaccio est très proche pour profiter des joies et découvertes de la ville. Merci à M. France et son mari pour leur accueil, et leurs conseils sur les randos. Un petit havre de tranquillité

Un accueil chaleureux et très attentionné. La location est très spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très bien décorée. Rien ne manque : Marie France et Christophe sont aux petits soins de bons conseils et adresses. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la région : plages, commerces, randos, Ajaccio, Cortè, Propriano, etc...sans oublier la piscine avec vue sur la montagne. Un petit coin de paradis

Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires. La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. Un bip vous permet d'ouvrir le portail et de sortir quand vous voulez. La propriété se situe dans le bas du village et donc proche de l'axe principal d'accès à Ajaccio; toutes les indications vous sont données pour vous rendre sur place et les propriétaires vous donneront volontiers de précieux conseils sur les activités à faire aux alentours et autres bons plans. C'est dingue comment en quelques jours on se sentait chez nous ! Pour tous les couples qui recherchent un endroit calme et paisible, bien situé, cet endroit est fait pour vous.

Nous avions choisi la maison pour sa position géographique et pour son cadre et n'avons pas été déçus. L'endroit est magnifique, au calme avec Ajaccio à portée de main, de très belles plages à proximité et la vallée de la Gravona. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie-France et avons pu profiter de ces conseils ainsi que ceux de son mari Christophe. Excellent accueil de Marie-France et Christophe. La maisonnette est idéalement située, parfaitement équipée. La petite terrasse et la piscine sont un vrai plus.
