About this property

The property is ideally located just 1km away from the heart of Lit-Et-Mixe beautiful village, in a quiet environnement surrounded by the Landes pine forest.
The house, 150m2 (1.600 sg feet), was built in the 1930's and has been renovated in 2011 and 2013.
It offers on the main floor a large kitchen (with a cellar), a dining room, a living room equiped with a wood stove. The space is completed by two adult bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom (bath tube and shower) and toilets.
On the upper floor, a family room leads to 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilets.
The 10,000 sq feet garden surrounding the house, offers a new 8.4m x 4.2m pool that has a safe electric curtain for the children, and a nioce wooden terrasse. In front of the house (facing south) a terrasse is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and is accessible directly from the dining room and the living room.

Maison agréable, mais des points à améliorer

Maison très bien située, avec un jardin agréable. Les points forts : emplacement, jardin. Les points à améliorer : la connexion 4g et 5g est insuffisante pour se passer du wifi, toilettes dans les deux salles de bains, équipements parfois vétustes ( ex : canapé). Bon contact avec les propriétaires. PS : nous aurions apprécié la table de ping pong qui dort dans la reserve mais qui n'est pas à disposition des vacanciers. PS bis : piscine correcte sans etre whaou. Des bonnes vacances tout de même malgré un temps maussade.

Idéal entre amis

Très agréable maison familiale,idéale pour de grandes familles ou des retrouvailles entre amis( nous étions 12). La maison est très agréable grâce à ces deux espaces bien distincts a savoir une très grande cuisine ouverte ainsi que a l étage une grande salle de jeux ( qui dessert 4 chambres et une SDB WC). Le jardin est très grand également, en été cela doit être encore plus agréable grâce à une très grande piscine sécurisée, mais même en hiver avec du soleil nous avons bu boire un verre en terrasse au soleil. Toutes les'literies sont très bonnes , les sdb sont spacieuses...bref tout est grand dans cette maison pour ne pas se marcher dessus malgré 12personnes. Une maison avec beaucoup de charme et où l on ressent l'ambiance familiale ( pas de chichipompom) , ne pas s'arreter a des détails de bricolage qui pourrait un peu interloquer ( nous ça nous a fait plutôt sourire ,comme la hotte de la cuisine de biais 😉). Nous avons pour habitude de se retrouver souvent entre amis et ca a été la préférée de toutes les maisons de location a l unanimité . Elise a été une propriétaire qui a été a notre écoute et nous avons appréciés nos échanges , elle a été super arrangeante pour l heure d'arrivée et de départ et nous l a remercions . Breff.... amoureux des maisons avec une âme familiale et au calme ....n hésitez pas .....nous ,nous y reviendrons a coup sûr !😁

Maison simple avec piscine bien situee

Séjour agréable dans cette maison au confort très simple. Nous avons apprécié l’espace extérieur (piscine, plancha, jardin, bouées, panier de basket), nous regrettons pour un prix très élevé à la semaine que les équipements soient vétustes ou abimés (robinet de la cuisine qui fuit, baies vitrées qui ne se ferment pas, lavabo de la salle de bain de l’étage qui fuit dans le meuble, flexible de la pomme de douche à changer), les finitions sont également à revoir (carrelage de la cuisine, étanchéité de la douche, radiateur au sol). Les voisins et commerçants du village sont charmants.

Apparté fantastique

Très bon séjour, l'endroit est très dépaysant. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut su vous souhaitez vous couper de tout. Nous y sommes allé en basse période donc pas pu profiter de la piscine mais en été encore mieux! Nous avons passer un très bon moment, et la surprise faites a ma famille a énormément plu! Merci Denis pour votre disponibilité.

Location, location, location ! It is truly exceptionnal because the access is very easy and fast to the heart of charming Lit-Et-Mixe village (1.5km), and at the same time, to the superb beaches of Contis (8km) and Cap de l'Homy (6.5km) both accesible by car and through the safe biking path.
Calm environnment with surrounding forest.
Nice and confortable pool and garden.
Recent renovation for a better comfort.
