Great Place - we love it

great house with lots of room. Nice interior design. 2 Bathrooms and toilettes. Great fenced garden. Large kitchen. We will come again. Also the hosts are super nice. thank you for the lively holiday

On a adorรฉ ! Nous n'avons manquรฉ de rien . La maison est spacieuse et confortable, le jardin donne sur la forรชt de pins. Nous sommes venus avec trois jeunes enfants qui ont รฉtรฉ ravis de dรฉcouvrir les jouets et livres mis ร  disposition. La maison est trรจs bien รฉquipรฉe . Je conseille!

Gerรคumiges Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist recht modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein groรŸer offener Bereich mit Kรผche, Ess- und Wohnbereich. Die Kรผche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backรถfen und allerlei weiteren Gerรคten gut ausgestattet. Wenn man dank der Fensterlรคden die Sonne nicht direkt ins Haus lรคsst, bleibt es auch im Sommer angenehm kรผhl. Der AuรŸenbereich bietet Sitgelegenheit, damit man zu jeder Zeit Sonne oder Schatten haben kann. Rund ums Grundstรผck ist ein Zaun - gut fรผr uns und unseren Hund ๐Ÿ™‚ Das Haus steht am Rand von Lit-Et-Mixe in einer Sackgasse, hinterm Haus ist Wald. Dennoch sind es nur 1000m bis in den Ort, der touristisch gut erschlossen, aber nicht รผberlaufen ist. Im Sommer findet tรคglich ein Markt statt, dazu diverse weitere Aktivitรคten. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10km. Hier gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkplรคtze. Vom Haus aus ist man aber auch direkt auf dem Radweg zum Strand. Der Weg ist sehr gut ausgebaut und fรผhrt รผber weite Teile durch den Wald, hier sind es nur knapp 7km bis zum Strand. Die Vermieter wohnen etwas weiter weg, bei Problemen hรคtte eine Nachbarin als Ansprechpartnerin helfen kรถnnen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefรผhlt! Man kann frei wรคhlen, ob man totale Ruhe, etwas Trubel im Ort oder volle Gassen im nahe gelegenen Mimizan haben mรถchte ๐Ÿ™‚
