Perfect quiet family get away

We, 5 adults, really enjoyed the stay at the Villa Manresa. It kitchen is well equipped and we had a home cooked dinner at the veranda most of the days of our stay, enjoying the water view. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms must just have been removed. The house is in a very quiet area, the beach is only a 10 min walk away, it’s a 10 min drive to the supermarket or to Alcúdia. The communication with the owners was always friendly and they responded within very short time.

Beautiful large family home

House is very nice, modern and large enough for big families. Communication wasn't great as we only spoke German and English, owner tried very hard to explain everything in Spanish. The house was very hard to find and it seems the only access was through the beach. Items like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid weren't available in the house, was a bit annoying walking 20 min back to town to buy these necessary items. But overall, we would come back.

Great value & excellent location

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Marina Manresa. The price was very reasonable and the living area was spacious. The host was also very responsive, though keep in mind English communication didn't seem to be an option, so you will likely need to communicate in Spanish. At check-in, we met someone at the property who gave us a tour of the house and provided us with the rental contract. The VRBO is walking distance to two really nice beaches, and is a short drive into town where there are markets and restaurants. Plenty of towels were provided in each of the rooms. The VRBO has a security system for extra peace of mind. Keep in mind you might have to purchase household items such as laundry detergent, dish soap, and bath soaps/shampoos, as those were not included in our stay. Overall would recommend!

Un séjour exceptionnel

Nous étions 6 et avons passé un excellent séjour. Propreté irréprochable. Lieu calme et idéalement situé avec réveil au chant des oiseaux et petit déjeuner devant la mer. Propriétaire très arrangeant. On a pu arriver plus tôt que prévu et partir un peu plus tard. Explication claire sur les équipements de la maison

Verwunschene Traumlage

Wir hatten acht wundervolle Tage in der Villa, sie ist geräumig und besticht durch ihre fantastische Lage direkt am Meer in einer noch sehr untouristischen Gegend. Wir würden sie sofort wiederbuchen. Einzige Anregung: Es wäre toll, wenn es Liegestühle am Haus gäbe.

Schöner Frühlingsurlaub

Wir haben als Paar die Ruhe in dieser schönen Gegend von Mallorca genutzt und uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich auch zwischendurch um die Bewässerung der Pflanzen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Perfekt für 4 Personen

Alles ist gut erreichbar und auch im Winter sind die Restaurants geöffnet. Es gibt eine schöne Wanderstrecke an den Klippen, die ich jeden Morgen zum joggen genutzt habe. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist genau so, wie wir es aus der Beschreibung erwartet haben. Was aus der Beschreibung für uns erst nicht ersichtlich war - jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage +++. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf eine Bucht. Ein wunderschöner Strand ist zu Fuß entweder an der Straße entlang in 10 Minuten oder über einen schönen Weg durch Wald und an den Klippen in 15 Minuten entlang erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder, habe das Haus auch schon im Freundeskreis weiter empfohlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage und Meerblick

Wir haben in einer Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen diese Unterkunft für 12 Tage gebucht. Mit dem Vermieter wurden alle nötigen Angelegenheiten vor Urlaubsantritt völlig reibungslos und sehr schnell besprochen. Auch der Check-In war kinderleicht. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit direktem Meerblick. Wir haben uns für die komplette Zeit Fahrräder gemietet mit denen wir alle Wege wunderbar erledigen konnten. Badestrände sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 min mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung (Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) waren super, auch ansonsten war alles wirklich sauber. Wer am Rand von Alcudia eine ruhige Unterkunft in toller Lage zum Meer sucht, wird hier definitiv glücklich! Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Eigentlich ist alles wunderbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und haben sich wirklich bemüht. Wir haben sogar eine Kiste Orangen bekommen :D Leider ist die Couch für 7 Personen nicht ausreichend um Abends gemütlich beisammen zu sitzen. Leuchtmittel waren zum Teil defekt und der Föhn kaputt und zu guter Letzt hatten wir im Bad einen Wasserschaden und mussten uns ein Badezimmer zu 7 teilen. Gewünscht hätten wir uns Reinigungsmittel um auch mal die Wohnung zu reinigen. Die Matratzen waren super. Auch wenn wir etwas Pech hatten, empfehlen wir die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wanderurlaub auf Mallorca

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Direkt am Meer. Alles war sehr sauber, die Übergabe der Wohnung sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca so kurz vor Weihnachten.

Estancia perfecta

La casa está muy bien. Tiene cuatro habitaciones grandes, las camas son muy amplias y cómodas, y los dos baños son también espaciosos. Además tiene un salón enorme y una cocina también muy amplia. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y funciona muy bien. Por lo demás, la casa tiene de todo, incluso dos neveras. Está muy bien situada. Puedes desayunar y cenar viendo el mar. Está muy cerca de Alcudia y de dos calas pequeñas. Las casas de alrededor son del mismo estilo y hacen que la zona sea muy agradable y familiar. El trato con los dueños también fue inmejorable. En resumen, totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días muy a gusto y además en una zona de Mallorca que tiene a tiro de piedra las dos bahías de Alcudia y Port de Pollensa.

Excelente ubicación para época Covid

Lo más destacable es la zona, frente al mar, a unos metros y super tranquilo, que en tiempos covid es lo que uno busca. Tiene una playita a 3min andando que siempre está muy tranquila y es ideal para estar en família. Hay dos calitas super bonitas a unos 10-15min andando. La casa muy completa y bien distribuida, todas las piezas de la casa tienen aire acondicionado. Quizás lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que al estar en una zona apartada, se necesita transporte para hacer cualquier tipo de compra básica. Sería perfecto si por la zona hubiese una panadería, frutería y supermercado, pero es algo que ya asumes al ir. Por lo demás, muy recomendable. La tendremos en cuenta para futuras ocasiones.
