Village house of 70 m2 fully renovated in 2017 with private courtyard of 30 m2 in the heart of the village of Saint Gervais near the laundry and its paved square.
In search of a stay with family or friends. You will enjoy a furnished house with character that can accommodate 6 people. All equipment is new, from appliances to bedding, crockery and linens.

On the ground floor:
• a living room equipped with a flat screen, double convertible sofa, coffee table;
• a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob - hood - microwave - built-in oven - fridge freezer - kettle - toaster - coffee maker - washing machine - complete crockery;
• a toilet where are stored, ironing board, vacuum cleaner ...
Upstairs:
• a spacious room of 20 m2 with two beds 90, dresser, office area. Its originality: its bed 70 x 140 cabin offering a play area or sleeping for young child;
• a room of 12 m2 with corner office, cupboard;
• a bathroom with sink + low furniture, shower, towel dryer, wc.

The upstairs windows are equipped with guardrails for the safety of young children. Each end of the stairs is secure. Possibility to put at your disposal all the childcare equipment you may need.
Lulled by the lapping water of the laundry nearby, you will also enjoy the warm space of the courtyard with its garden furniture and barbecue. You can store bike, stroller.
Mattress, bath sheets and sheets provided. Deposit by check of 600 euros.
Pets not accepted.
Non smoking area inside.

Possibility to rent for a few days in low season (minimum 3) or the week. The rental price includes the charges except end of stay cleaning (60 euros) on request and the tourist tax.
