Petite Maison Clos Neuf - Provencal. Villa, large pool, quiet, in the vineyard

A newly renovated Provencal country house in the middle of the vineyards awaits you. A large pool (10x4m), a separate entrance, a beautiful separated terrace with the utmost privacy and a landscaped private garden area. All this in a large altbewachsenen Plot (2700 sqm). The quiet location garantiet comprehensive recovery in a southern ambiance. The climate guarantees plenty of sun in summer and cool nights. Here you can sleep well even without air conditioning.
"Petit Maison" is located in the Gard Provencale two km outside of Goudargues, the 'Venice of the Gard's Provencale'. You will find many restaurants / cafes, shops and all necessary medical care (in German). There are also a variety of cultural activities: opera in Orange, jazz concerts in Cornillon, classical music concerts throughout Gard Provencale, Papal Palace in Avignon, Pont du Gard. The well equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. The active leisure has whitewater / biking, horseback riding, caves, marked hiking trails to choose from. The contemplative can choose between treats, wine tasting, outdoor theater / music, exhibitions (five painters in the village and a potter) and pleasant idleness. Pets are welcome with a small fee.
In addition, a diverse local cultural activities right on your doorstep (z. B. in the open-air theater in Cornillon in the ruined castle) and in the Vallee Ceze (z. B. Jazz Festival, Spanish and Latin American evenings).
Who loves sport and exercise, here is a fragmentary activity range without end: Biking as Dörfererkundungstour- or mountainous challenge. Canoeing as white water sports in the nearby Ardeche, as a family outing or dreamy river exploration in the Valle de la Ceze. Rock climbing than hiking or increase to with the use of ropes and hooks and leaders. Manege riding, riding terrain, riding lessons on the doorstep. Well organized hiking on any difficulty level with much or little solitude. Innumerable caving provide dramatic impressions each other by surprise. Especially the months of April / May and September / October are a great way to explore the good designated trails.

Very charming Little cottagelike Tiny House, but big enough. The Swimmingpool is perfect! Simon was kind Andy’s pleasure to meet. The bedroom was a Little too hot with these temperatures above 33 degrees. But there is a Little airco and a fan. Hope to visit youvagain, Simon.

Gartenhaus als Urlaubsdomizil

Es handelt sich um eine Art Gartenhaus zum ebenfalls vermieteten Doppelhaus, wobei Pool, Waschmaschine und Grill zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen. Es verfügt über helle Fußbodenfliesen (sehr gut) und ein vergleichsweises großes Badezimmer (sehr gut). Die Anzahl der Steckdosen ist groß, dank der vielen ineinander gesteckten Verlängerungskabel und Verteilerdosen. Die freistehende Duschkabine ist an der Rückseite ausgebessert, der Duschkopf verkalkt und durch die Glaswand kann man Ungeziefer bestaunen. Ansonsten ist sie sauber. Fliegennetze sind an allen Fenstern angebracht, wennauch teilweise durchlöchert. Unklar blieb, ob es sich bei dem vorhandenen Standgerät um eine Klimaanlage handelt: Bei unserer Ankunft fragten wir, wie die Installation gedacht wäre, denn es müsste ein Abluftschlauch nach außen geführt werden. Die Antwort war, dass es sich lediglich um ein Heizgerät handelt. Die Waschmaschine steht in einem extrem ungepflegten Raum, mit vielen Ungezieferleichen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß (sehr gut), allerdings nicht besonders gepflegt - an 5 von 8 Tagen war das Wasser trüb, die Algen am Poolrand wurden unzureichend entfernt. Das Anwesen ist groß, sodaß jeder der 3 Mietparteien ein eignes Gartenareal zur Verfügung steht, allerdings wirkt der vermutlich ehemals schöne Garten verwahrlost. Der Eigentümer Simon ist freundlich und gibt reichlich Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und sind frühzeitig abgereist.

Tolle Ferien bei Simon Krieger

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub (4 Wochen) verbracht. Simon Krieger, der Gastgeber, ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter junger Mann. Er war für uns immer erreichbar. Auch hat er uns mit guten und wertvollen Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Besonderheiten der Region und Restaurants versorgt. Es gibt viel zu sehen in dieser Region. Die Ferienanlage ist mit Bäumen und Hecken eingefriedet und liegt mitten in Weinfeldern. Die Attraktion des Ferienhauses ist natürlich der Pool. Noch eine wichtige Information für Besitzer eines E-Autos. Die ganze Region ist super mit Ladestationen ausgestattet. Danke Simon.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Petite Maison Clos Neuf bietet alles was ein tiefenentspannter Urlaub braucht. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber hat definitiv alles, was zwei erwachsene Menschen zum Leben brauchen. Am besten haben mir die zwei kleinen Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gefallen. Die eine eignet sich hervorragend für Yoga in der Morgensonne, auf der anderen kann man den Tag gut ausklingen lassen. Der Pool ist cool 😎 für warme bis heißeTemperaturen, bei kälteren kann herrlich in der Umgebung wandern und auch weitere Umland hat einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten. Das Ganze wird obedrein von einem sehr sympathischen, hilfsbereiten und umsichtigen Vermieter abgerundet. Danke Simon. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Photos et appréciations non realistes

Les extérieurs ne sont pas du tout comme sur les photos mise en lignes sur le site Le ménage était désastreux des araignées et des toiles dans toutes les pièces ainsi que des mille-pattes et des fourmis et la nuit des termites qui rongeaient dans les poutres et le lendemain des chenils plein le sol. Pour la literie pas terrible on se rejoint au milieu et pour les draps, deux housses de couettes superposées avec une couette qui fait juste le dessus du lit. Le seul point positif c'est que la personne qui nous a reçu était très jovial.

We are a family run business that has lived in the area since 1999. We have been coming to the "Vallee de la Ceze" on holidays for nearly 25 years and fell in love with the area, people, food and climate.
We lived for 30 years in Ireland but are originally from Köln, Germnay. Simon runs the business and is on-site throughout the year. Monika, Hubert & Lisa are frequently down aswell and give a hand
