Condo w/ Private Patio & Courtyard Access, Close to Main Street Activities!

This studio condo sleeps 4 with a queen sleeper sofa and queen Murphy bed. It features an updated kitchen and private laundry. It is located in Breckenridge near Main Street so you're close to shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're close to the lifts. Guests can also enjoy easy access to Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin by car or public transportation. The complex offers many amenities including a pool, hot tubs, a sauna, and more.

The studio features a 4K Smart TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a queen-sized Murphy bed off to the side that can be pulled down at night. The homeowner upgraded to a new hybrid mattress September 2019. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private patio with access to the whole courtyard. For extra comfort black out drapes have been installed.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The guest bathroom is near the entryway and features a single sink vanity with a granite countertop and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also washer and dryer near the entryway in a closet. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at the River Mountain Lodge. This condo is in the perfect location (near the hot tub)!

The room has a really nice and equipped kitchen and dining area. The living area is nice. The bed is very uncomfortable like sleeping in a bowl, high at the head and foot saggy in the middle. The couch is also broken down in the cushions. Unless they replace the bedding I would not recommend this place at all.

Close to everything and even most things were within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. It did get hot and thankfully there was a fan but being on the first floor we weren’t comfortable leaving the windows open over night or else it would’ve been cooler. We enjoyed our first time to Breckenridge!

Unit was very small for two people (non-couple). When beds opened not much room to sit around fireplace/living area, and the sleeper sofa was marginally comfortable. However, location was great and staff very helpful/friendly. We just didn't spend much time in unit except to shower/sleep!

Overall, the unit and its’ location is excellent. My companion said the bed (and pillows) was the most comfortable mattress ever slept on. My complaints, if I was to call it that, is: •Don’t scrimp on cheap paper towels and cheap toilet paper. One WILL use twice as much of the cheaper variety to the do the same “job” as a thicker version. •The fan doesn’t work •There isn’t a flat spatula to flip eggs

Location was great. Staff was friendly. HOWEVER, there was a leakage issue. The carpet was TOTALLY SOAKING WET in part of the living room. A maintenance guy came at vacuumed up FIVE GALLONS of water out of the carpet.....and it got wetter still. BIG PROBLEM. Also, the murphy bed didn't raise into the wall, so it dominated the room. INCONVENIENT.

Great stay for small family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg, and happened to stumble across this rental and glad we did. Great for a small family (2 adults and 6/8 year old kids. The main town street is literally a stone’s throw away from the resort. Also there are two arcades right across the river, which worked out great for our boys. Walked to a few trails in Breck, no need to drive. The rental was clean, about 50 feet to the pool/hot tub and had everything we needed. If you’re looking to cook while you’re there, bring along some spices but they had S&P there. Also recommend to stop by Walmart in Frisco, as the groceries in Breck can be a pricey! All in all, we are extremely pleased with the rental and looking forward to staying here again.

Awful from start to finish

No keys in lockbox so took a while to get inside. Broken window shades. broken floor lamp, living area and bed looked shabby and unclean. Furniture in disarray. Could not use closet as there was an entire nasty looking mattress shoved inside that took up all of the space. No help from property management. Do not stay in 113W River Mtn Lodge.

Convenient Breckenridge location with Shortcomings

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room is in very convenient location. When we arrived the parking pass was not in the room. We called management and they said they would have one delivered to the room. Pass was never delivered and we ended up having the front desk write us a temporary one. The room is small but manageable with the Murphy bed, however the Murphy bed did not fold up all of the way. It protruded quite a bit causing us to try and barricade it so that it didn't flop down unexpectedly. Large sections of the carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. The vacuum in the room puffed out a large puff of dust when I tried to vacuum using the vacuum in the room. The kitchen and laundry worked without issue. Front Desk staff was courteous and helpful.

VERY uncomfortable place

This space has such potential. The location is in great proximity to downtown, but that is where the benefits of staying here stops. This was the most uncomfortable place my spouse and I have stayed in a very long time. There is so much maintenance that needs to be done to make it a comfortable place to stay. The couch and bed were horribly uncomfortable! This made relaxing in the space almost impossible. There are many things that need to be repaired, including the Murphy bed not being able to close all the way, as well as it sticking out so far into the walk way, we stubbed out toes multiple times, drawers in the very limited amount of cabinet space were broken, the TV is placed so high that watching it was too uncomfortable. We ended up watching shows on our laptop. There seems to be no thought to what would be good for the renter. VERY little space to store luggage or to put cloths etc in. There were about 20 bath towels in the bathroom cabinets and only a few washcloths and hand towels. I am really thankful that it was only 2 of us staying here, because more than that, up to 4 that it is posted to be able to sleep, would have been so much more uncomfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures make it look like it's spacious for a studio but it is definitely not! It states that it sleeps 4 but it does not! There was a murphy bed that couldn't be put away because it had the wrong mattress on it. The mattress was HORRIBLE! As we're the pillows. The Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, you can feel the metal bars from the sleeper part that was underneath. The sofa was listed as a queen pull out but was broken. There was a note taped to the area that you pull out saying "BROKEN DO NOT USE :( Thank you". I called the management company, Summer County Mountain Retreats, to let them know what they got us into and general Manager, Brandon, stated that they knew about the problem and would bring over a queen size inflatable mattress so the 4 of us can all have something to sleep on. They ended up bringing a twin. The carpet was filthy. Appliances were new, so there's that. Btw, Don't use Summit County Mountain Retreat to book anything!! Worst management company I've ever come across!!

Towels?

Seems strange that a place with a pool and hot tub would not supply extra towels for those activities. Asked the property manager to bring some but they said it would be next day?? Location is amazing, kitchen is well stocked, but the place is quite small and the pull out sofa is very uncomfortable even for kids. We would not stay here again.
