Great house

We enjoyed our stay in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cook ware. The house is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the highway. I would recommend anyone to rent from Aly she was very friendly and helpful.

The house is extremely spacious and the host is amazing. A large open main room that leads down a hall to a huge room containing an office and den. This house can truly accommodate a large family or group of friends. The easy access to the airport, highway to downtown, and more importantly the marina was super convenient.Highly recommend!!!

It was a 6 week booking for Parker and his team in my 30 day + rental. I expected to meet Parker at the home at check in but he said he'd be there the next day while the team was coming throughout the first 2 days so I didn't have a time to pinpoint a welcome time. The day after check-in, I learned that Parker was not going to be staying in the home at all. By then it wasn't worth it to mention VRBO rules about the booking person being a guest. I always check on my guests, periodically, to make sure that everything is okay and to see if they need anything. I requested a cell phone number for someone who stayed in the house. I asked if things were okay, the guest told me there was a package for the last guest. Everything was great and there were no complaints. We, provide a book of info about the area, hair stylists, chiropractors, restaurants, etc. I'm trying to figure out why just 4 stars when you didn't even stay in the home. In addition, I spent 3 hours with the next guests trying to reconnect to the Smart TV. One of your guests signed me out without letting me know and I had to figure out the problem.

Molly is very sweet. I was concerned about the large party but I, quickly, learned that there was nothing to be concerned about. The group was quiet and in town to work. I was surprised that the home was left cleaner than many guests leave it after they went home. Molly and friends are always welcome.

Pleasant Business

We traveled to Tennessee for a long term business stay. Our first meeting with the owners was pleasant. We had an issue with a coffee maker and they made it right immediately, even though it was late at night. Their house was very spacious. We liked having multiple rooms with TV's for everyone to enjoy their own time and space. The property was located very close to a large lake and Marina. The property had a nice outdoor space. We enjoyed our time at the house and appreciated the hospitable owners.

This was our very first booking! A terrific group of people who originaly stayed for (approx) 4 months and then extended for another 2 months. They respected our home as if it was their own and left the place spotless. They were very easy to communicate with. This was booked by their employer who I would definitely work with again in the future.
