Our family enjoyed the waterparks, especially the indoor waterpark since it rained everyday we were there. Awesome rooms with all amenities to help make you feel like you're at home. Our only complaint was the room had a smell from the previous tenants's cooking that did not go away. Maintenance tried to help neutralize the odor but it still lingered. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
Lots of space, large bathrooms. And of course the indoor and outdoor water parks are great. I also love having a full size kitchen. If you want to leave the property there are so many things to do. I highly recommend this place.

Large apartment with two beds in one of the bedrooms. We were there for a conference so did not use the waterpark which was adjacent to the building. Unit was clean and they even stocked it with filters (cone) and one days supply of coffee. Excellent and spotlessly clean

From the minute we opened the door, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean and large the condo was, not to mention to convenient location. We have stayed in several Vrbo properties before and by far this was the nicest we've ever stayed in. I also loved the room key bracelets, such a good idea. We've had these in Cancun before and they make so much more sense than the actual key cards. We will definitely book this specific unit again if the opportunity allows and presents itself again.
Very nice timeshare/Convenient to Convention Center
Very happy with our stay for a volleyball tournament. Close to convention center but not really walkable. Shuttle service reportedly very efficient and convenient but it was too cold so I just drove (also easy). Condo very nice and clean, stocked with basic necessities. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to hotel/water park but also away from chaos. Check in for the hotel was 45 minutes while Timeshare checkin in was about 10. My only complaint(and not really a complaint as I just ignored them)is I did get an attempt to hard sell me a timeshare. I let them schedule me for a slot and then didn't go as I was at a volleyball game. My daughter loved the waterpark and it is an easy short walk from this timeshare. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in the same parking lot as Wilderness in the Smokies. It's just a short walk or shuttle bus to get to the main lodge. Our room was amazing with plenty of room for 8 / 4 adults and 4 teenagers. King/ 2 queens and a very comfortable pullout couch. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment. The dishwasher didn't really wash the dishes so they had to be rewashed by hand. The ice maker does make ice. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub. We booked for 4 nights but the "owner" of that unit somehow backed out of the agreement at the last minute. Expedia and VRBO were able to secure another unit for 3 nights and we are to be refunded the 4th night. The facility has a nice view of the mountains and gold course with fire pits and fire pits and chairs. The kids love the in door water park and the adults like the easy access to the room and park. It's very convenient. We want to come again and stay longer maybe in the summer so we can enjoy Soaky mountain water park also.
Excellent Property, but TERRIBLE Check In Experience
Our family of "travel sport" kids keeps us traveling to many different tournaments and in many different states. This particular weekend, I had to travel with our son for a soccer tournament and my wife had to travel with our daughter for a volleyball tournament in Sevierville. My wife, daughter and two other guests arrived rather late due to the 4.5hr drive to the resort. I had booked the resort for my wife with my information and payment information. Upon arrival, the resort would not let her check in due to her name not being on the actual reservation. I was called and my word was not enough, nor was my wife's ID showing our last names matched as did our primary residence on the reservation and her ID. I was forced to pay $99 for them to change the reservation into my wife's name in order to be let into the condo. THAT...is unacceptable. When booking through VRBO, "2 Adults, 2 Kids" was selected. IF the resort is going to require BOTH spouses to be listed in order to be let into the condo, that needs to be communicated. What if I was coming later?? I feel this was ALL on the resort and not too much on the VRBO host. Non-the-less....VERY inconvenient and costly just to be able to enter the condo that is already rented.
