High quality home, pool & garden for 1 or 2 families near lovely village

Truly a great place for 1 large multigenerational family or 2 families to spend quality time together. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower floor and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the upper floors which allows for privacy when needed. The kitchen is equipped with everythign one can possibly need to cook even elaborate meals. The terrace and sun decks are wonderfully furnished. The pool is of the perfect temperature and has no chlorine. There are lots of water gadgets for the kids plus a ping pong table and a petanque area behidn the house. The village of Grabels is small but very charming and all of the business are if high quality. We can highly recommend this place and might even return ourselves.

Two week vacation in July 2020

We have just returned from a two week stay at this amazing property. Paul, the owner, could not do enough for us, both before and during our stay and was so attentive to our needs which was great and very helpful -even bought a ping pong table in readiness for our arrival :-) We are two families -four adults and four teenage boys. The layout was perfect for us with children of that age group as the four adults had the two rooms upstairs and the four children were split between the three rooms in the basement. The pool area was great with plenty of sun chairs and the pool was large and went deep very quickly which was good for our age group. We had many enjoyable nights of alfresco cooking and eating, with a large seating area for pre dinner drinks and then a huge table to comfortably seat all looking over the amazing views, not to mention also cooking on the terrace on the two planchas and one BBQ supplied ! We even moved the table tennis table up there so had many competitions between courses !! The village was great for bread and veg, milk etc and a Carrefour was only a 10 min drive for the larger items. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and both the location of the villa and the villa itself made it that way. Would certainly recommend to anyone :-)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est bien équipée et offre tout le nécessaire pour passer de bons moments.Le coin piscine est très agréable.La maison se situe près de petits commerces accessibles à pieds et à proximité de Montpellier.Paul et le service de conciergerie sont attentifs, présents et efficaces en cas de besoin.La maison n'a pas de climatisation mais est équipée de nombreux ventilateurs qui permettent de se rafraîchir.Quelques rafraîchissements seraient nécessaires mais ça n'enlève rien au charme de la maison.

Le calme d'un village aux portes de Montpellier

La maison est située à flan de colline, à 5 mn à pieds du village. Le calme et la vue sont remarquables. L'équipement et la disposition de la maison sont adaptés pour permettre l'autonomie et le confort de chacun. La taille de la piscine est parfaite.Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances en famille. La réactivité des propriétaires et du gestionnaire est très bonne.

Super mooie accommodatie en goede gastheer

Met 7 volwassen en 2 kindjes zijn we verbleven in dit heerlijke huis. Mooie locatie, groot en erg schoon. Zwembad ook heerlijk ruim met veel lig-bedden. Keuken ruim opgezet en veel ventilatoren aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader!

Hébergement super sympa et bon hôte Avec 7 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison. Bel emplacement, grand et très propre. Belle et spacieuse maison adaptée à notre groupe de 9 personnes. Nous avons passe un très bon séjour, cependant deux petites remarques l'une concernant l'entretien de la piscine, l'autre sur la propreté de la cuisine a notre arrivée.

Wonderful stay

We recently stayed as an extended family of 10 across 3 generations - the house was just fantastic! Furnished to a high standard with enough space to work for everyone. Many fun hours were spent in the pool and playing table tennis. The village is great - close to Montpellier but still very quiet, with a boulangerie, artisan deli and friendly bar/restaurant. The houses terrace was a lovely place to watch the sun go down. Th owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful both before we arrived, in welcoming us, and during the stay to help with questions about the area. I would highly recommend ....

Maison agréable en famille et entre amis

Maison spacieuse, très agréable et bien équipée. Les espaces sont bien répartis, beaucoup de jeux, bibliothèque incroyable et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (plusieurs planchas, plusieurs frigos, petit électro-ménager...etc). La communication avec Paul est simple et sympathique. Merci
