Detached chalet, entirely of wood, new construction completed in May 2018. Modern comfort, cozy and warm.
Very nice fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, very large walk-in shower, separate toilet.
On the floor, 3 independent rooms (1 X reads 160, 1 X reads 140 and 1 X 2 separate beds). Large master bedroom with balcony. WC on the floor.
Located in a quiet street. Nice terrace at the back of the chalet equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and deck chairs.
TV, Wifi

The chalet is located in a beautiful green setting, ideal for walkers and nature lovers.
Its location in the center of Alsace is ideal for discovering all the tourist attractions of Alsace.

Neubois is located 15 minutes from the castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg, close to the wine route, 45 minutes from Europa Park in Germany. Excellent location between Strasbourg and Colmar, at the foot of the Vosges.
In winter, the Champ du Feu ski resort is 15 minutes away.

Charming chalet in the Alsace.

The owners were extremely concerned about making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The chalet is immaculate and has all the modern conveniences you could ask for in a rental property. Neubois is well situated for visiting all of the Alsace region, and yet is a peaceful and quiet get away. A very desirable property and highly recommended.

Tranquil, clean, lovely

We had an incredible stay here. Neubois is a peaceful and idyllic setting and this chalet was everything we hoped for during our trip to Alsace. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner, including coffee and teas and a few basic pantry items like olive oil. The staircase is very steep, but for families with small children there is a baby gate at the top. There is a toilet on each floor, and a lovely shower with a washing machine. Linens were included, but we had to bring our own bath towels. Mme Mathieu was very kind and helpful as well. Overall, I cannot say enough about how enjoyable it was to stay here.

C’est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans le chalet d’Anette et tout a été parfait ! Annette est très accueillante, le chalet est bien situé, il est propre et il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Uns hat der Urlaub in Neubois sehr gut gefallen! Vor allem die zwei Esel von nebenan sind den Kindern direkt ans Herz gewachsen und mussten jeden Abend gefüttert werden. Das Haus hatte zwar ein paar Eigenheiten (die Türschwellen hatten es auf unsere Zehen abgesehen und im Bad gab es neben der Dusche ein Problem mit dem Boden - mögl. Wasserschaden?), aber so ist das wohl wenn ein Holzhaus in die Jahre kommt - es knarzt und die Türen schließen etwas mühselig ;-) Alles Dinge, die eine übliche Instandhaltung wahrscheinlich bald beheben wird.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und direkt, sie konnte uns bei Problemen gut weiterhelfen und sprach sehr gutes Deutsch, so dass es mit der Verständigung kein Problem war. Durch ihre Empfehlung kamen wir dann auch in den Genuss eines kleinen Dorffestes in Neubois mit echtem Elsässer Flammkuchen. Im Elsass! Und dazu der Ausblick über die Vogesen - ein Traum.

Liebe Gäste, es hat mich sehr gefreut, ihre Familie kennen zu lernen und, dass es ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. Ich möchte Ihnen trotzdem einige Informationen mitteilen : wir haben im Badezimmer alles kontrolliert und es gibt keinerlei Probleme oder Schaden. Das Haus ist nicht alt, es ist im Jahr 2018 gebaut worden. Der Unterschied zwischen Stein und Holz ist eben, dass das Holz lebendig ist und regelmässig schafft. Die Türen sind in Zwischenzeit auch wieder angepasst worden. Ich bedanke mich für ihr Vertrauen und wünsche der Famille alles Gute.

Ein schöner Urlaub im Elsass

Das Haus war wirklich schön,wirkte auf den Fotos etwas größer, aber völlig ausreichend für eine Woche. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Der Wasserkocher und die Pfannen könnten vielleicht mal ersetzt werden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. In ca.8 Minuten ist gut ein Bäcker und ein Super U zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Chalet am Fuße der Vogesen

Wir haben ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende zu fünft in diesem perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Ohne große Fahrzeit konnten wir die Haut-Koenigsburg und die schönen elsässischen Dörfer Ribeauvillé und Bergheim besichtigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
