This townhome is the perfect place for a family or group vacation! The high ceilings, open-concept living area, and full kitchen will make you feel right at home. There is a private washer/dryer and a dining room table. You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool with water features for the kids.

This home is located in the Nemo Cay Resort, where you will be close to everything Corpus Christi has to offer. You will be only a short drive to many local restaurants and shops. While you are out, take a three-mile drive and visit Mustang Island State Park for some hiking, kayaking, biking, and fishing. You will be less than two miles from Whitecap Beach, the entrance to the Padre Island Seawall.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
