OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town.

Everything went smoothly, we used the laundry while there, bring quarters. Kitchen was great and the view and beach access was perfect. Great coffee and pastries at nearby Gearhart, King Tide Coffee shop.

Beautiful views I did not expect. Location on the beach beats everything. Boardwalk being across the building didn’t bother at all. Clean and taken care of unit in a typical resort condo that has some owners and plenty of guests. No laundry in the unit, but there’s shared room in the building, we didn’t need it.

Excellent location. The home is immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. We had a wonderful stay with no issues (except the noisy neighbors above us on the second night). The beach is very close and it was awesome to have a sand wash off area just outside the building. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Love the location of this place. Can walk to all the Seaside attractions. Easy drive to Cannon Beach or Astoria. Well stocked kitchen for any cooking. Watch out for the toaster though. Likes to burn the bread. Comfortable beds. Newer memory foam in bedroom and the Murphy bed was nice too. Like having two bathrooms. Closet with games and there’s movies to watch although we didn’t turn the TV on at all. Enjoyable place. Would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, what a great view of the ocean, right on the promenade! The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well appointed we had everything we needed, a lovely kitchen to cook in. We will stay there again. A really good value.

Great views great location!

Fantastic property right on the beach and promenade. We walked everywhere our entire stay. So close to everything. The unit is well equipped, just bring your clothes and food. We were a family of six and were very comfortable. Property management was attentive to any needs that came up. We will be staying again!

When they say "expansive views" they mean it! Wow! Beautiful views of the waves, dunes, Tillamook Head, sunsets - right from the unit and the patio!Location couldn't be any better: direct access to the Promenade, direct access to the beach with just a short walk over the dunes, and a short walk to the main beach area with restaurants and shops.The unit was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The building has elevators and provides luggage carts to bring all your stuff from the parking lot. We loved it!

The condo was fabulous. Seaside is very touristy. Lots of people even mid week and before school is out. So would have preferred a more secluded area. All in all, though, we had a great time.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and tidy. Great location. Only “ negative” would be the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I would suggest the owners replacing the mattress . ( reason for 4 stars) If mattress was replaced, I would definaltey stay here again.

Good location, outdated property

The location was perfect. Short walk to downtown. The view was really nice too. The property was outdated, had construction going the entire time, was a little smelly like you can tell it was smoked in for years. The worst part was every single piece of furniture was uncomfortable. The bed was absolutely horrible. Woke up with pain everyday and I'm a healthy 32 year old. Have stayed at 5 vacation rentals in seaside and never been so excited to go home. Would not stay here again.

This is a non smoking property and the owners, who stayed in the unit for several months over the winter and spring do not smoke either, so there hasn't been anyone smoking in there for years. My stay on the beach.

The master shower was turned off. I contacted owner. I thought she was coming the next morning as I told her we would be there until 9:00 am I asked her not to come when we were not there as all of our belongings were in the condo Never contacted me or showed homeless people were going thru trash. Scary
