You will fall in love with its landscaped garden surrounded by vineyards, facing south, not overlooked, with a view of the hill, its swimming pool (6x4m) also out of sight and its shaded terrace covered by a wrought iron pergola.

The house has many outdoor amenities such as 2 parking spaces, an electric gate, a gas barbecue, a ping pong table, garden furniture and sun loungers.

Ideal for 6/8 people. It is made up of 3 bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms (2 double beds) and a child's bedroom with 2 bunk beds, all bedrooms being fitted with mosquito nets on the windows. Sheets and hand towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, multifunction oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and multi-function robot.

The house also includes a bathroom and a shower room with 2 toilets. Finally, a cellar equipped with a washing machine, a small extra fridge and a baby kit (cot + high chair) are made available if necessary.

This will be the ideal starting point for you to discover or rediscover this beautiful region of the Luberon, the Aix region or the Sainte Victoire in a peaceful atmosphere.
