The exterior offers a large jacuzzi, a covered terrace with a table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, as well as a barbecue, ideal for convivial moments in complete tranquility.



The villa is appealing for its generous spaces, designed to offer optimal comfort. It features a dining room accommodating up to 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with a private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom benefiting from a large bathroom.

It has been wonderful. The villa is really great to accommodate a big family. The location allows you to walk to beach and every shops nearby in Juan les pins. Having such a calm stay so close to the city center is something quite special.

Stayed a week mid February and we were blessed with glorious weather. The property is in a great location to explore the area of Juan les pins and the cities nearby. Only a few tourists during the day, lovely and quiet on a night and just only a matter of minutes from the market, cafes and restaurants, town centre and beaches. We were 6 adults and the accommodation was great with the little studio separated.

Fantastic villa right in the heart of Juan Les Pins so a short walk to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Quiet at night despite central location. Fantastic Air Conditioning, which we really needed in August. Very well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. Also a really pretty small garden.

Great, more than what we expected !

The villa corresponded well with the photos. It actually exceeded our expectations. We loved eating dinner on the terrace and the jacuzzi in the garden is lovely. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to beaches, boutiques, restaurants & grocery stores. We were received by Jules who was very helpful. He even organized a day trip on a boat for us, it was great ! Thank you !
