Modern 3-Bedroom Villa in Cala de Bou, Ibiza

This stylish modern villa is ideally located in Cala de Bou, San Agustín, close to Hotel Monterrey and just 700 metres from the beach and the popular resort of San Antonio Bay.

Combining contemporary design with traditional Ibiza touches, the villa has a bright, light and airy feel throughout. Sleeping up to six guests, it offers three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The open-plan living area is finished in a modern, minimalist style, with comfortable leather sofas, a dining table seating six and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an island hob, large American-style fridge and everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while the first floor is home to the impressive master bedroom.

The master bedroom benefits from its own private terrace with sea views, as well as a stylish en-suite bathroom.

For entertainment, the villa has a 50-inch LED TV together with complimentary high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Outside, the villa really comes into its own.

The beautifully maintained grounds feature a large private swimming pool and three separate sun terraces, allowing you to follow the sun throughout the day.

Very nice villa with everything you need. Nice clean bed rooms and bathrooms, and a large cozy kitchen/living room.Outside facilities were also nice with numerous sunbeds, chairs and areas to relax around the pool.15-20 minutes walk to nearest shops/restaurants and 45 minutes walk to San Antonio.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s villa. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The communication from Martin was fantastic and the villa was in a great location. We never had an issue with taxis and we were walking distance to local shops including a boat taxi which took you to the main side of San An bay. I’d recommend this villa to anyone!

Great villa. Great location

Marrtin is probably the most responsive host ive ever encountered. Brilliant. It makes life so much easier. The villa has everything you need. Location is perfect being a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yet quiet and private at the same time. I cant recommend highly enough.

Fantastic stay in Ibiza!

I stayed at the property with my friends and we loved it! It’s exactly as shown on the pictures and is in a great location - far enough away from the bars so that you can sleep, but close enough so that they are accessible. If you are venturing further afield then the main road for taxis is only a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). Thank you for a great holiday!

Amazing Villa

Amazing villa in a great location, conveniently situated around 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Very quiet and peaceful if you just want to relax. Lovely & chilled

Martin was a great host, made things straight forward and informative. Villa was a great getaway, very quiet, lovely, and chilled with easy transport in and out. Only negative was occasional smell due to poor drainage that is planned to be rectified, but can't fault the stay just because of this. Fun was had by all!

I love the open plan layout plus its in a great position close to the resort yet just far enough out to get away from it all. The Hotel Monterrey directly opposite also gives it a holiday feel.
