This well kept duplex offers a large living area/kitchen/dining area/laundry and full bathroom on the first level and 2 bedrooms on the second level. All appliances are newer and everything is in great condition. The cathedral ceilings offer a bright and breezy space with central air. Your sunny, yet shady, patio area comes equipped with a gas BBQ grill as well as privacy barriers. And lastly, the outdoor shower is a lovely way to freshen up after a fun day at the beach. Come enjoy the shore with friends and family!
