This well kept duplex offers a large living area/kitchen/dining area/laundry and full bathroom on the first level and 2 bedrooms on the second level. All appliances are newer and everything is in great condition. The cathedral ceilings offer a bright and breezy space with central air. Your sunny, yet shady, patio area comes equipped with a gas BBQ grill as well as privacy barriers. And lastly, the outdoor shower is a lovely way to freshen up after a fun day at the beach. Quiet, comfortable and close to the Bay and Beach

A great stay with an easy walk to the beach but the benefit of the bay breeze late in the day. The house was perfect for a family of four and the property owner checked in to make sure we had everything and helped us with a brief Wi-Fi issue.
