7064 Hwy. 45 6 miles south of Oshkosh on Lake Winnebago, Water Front Cottage. This property sits on 60' lake front lot front door is 50’ away from the lake, with private dock, fire pit, large deck facing the lake front, gas grill, and a private lot with large trees. This cottage is a one bedroom cottage with a King size bed. Also includes a queen size pull out sofa sleeper in the main family room, Sleeps 4 - 5 people also can provide a fold out bed and mattress if requested. Cottage was completely renovated a recently.. Kitchen is all new including cabinets, refrigerator with ice cube maker, dishwasher, and Gas stove and is supplied with basic cookware. Also includes a small washer and dryer for your use. Bathroom with shower . Comes supplied with a window air conditioner during warmer months. Enjoy the sand beach for swimming and the spectacular views of Lake Winnebago. The cottage sits so close to the water that it feels like you are in a boat when looking out the windows facing the lake. Enjoy the beautiful sun raises each morning. Note this is a small cottage 750 square feet but very roomy for its size, the main room facing the lake is 22’ x 20’ with a cathedral ceiling. Parking for two cars. If Additional Guest would require notification prior to their visit.
Pets are allowed with an additional security deposit. Located within walking distance 200’ to TJS Harbor Inn Restaurant for your convince.

Beautiful lakefront!

This property was even more beautiful than I imagined. Very convenient and within walking distance of a great restaurant. The sunrises were spectacular! I will definitely stay here again!!
