Smallwater Lake Lodge, family & pet friendly with wheelchair access

This has to be one of the best places for a fun family holiday in the south west of France even if you don't go fishing for free in the heavily stocked private lake.

You can go for a walk or ride a bicycle around the deserted French country lanes or just relax in the sun by the 5 meter diameter round swimming pool while the food cooks on the BBQ.

The holiday house / lodge is a beautifully converted farmhouse barn, sitting on 5 acres of private land, only a few minutes from Dax by car (a beautiful French market town renowned for its hot water springs and healing mud) 15 minutes from Salies de Bearn and its golf course. There is also a down stairs Bed room and shower room ideal for those how are in wheel chairs or for those how just can't be doing with the stairs .

Whether you are a group of friends fishing day and night on the banks of the beautiful lake or a family or couple looking for that secure, idyllic, romantic French holiday retreat in the peaceful countryside. We know your stay in the south west of France at Smallwater Lake will be one of the most peaceful & relaxing holidays in France that you will ever have.

The lodge is situated in the Aquitaine region of south west France on the outskirts of a quiet, peaceful, rural Landais village on the edge of a small well stocked private fishing lake. The fishing lake is for the exclusive use for you & your family when you rent either property. No day tickets, fishing is free & no permit is required.

If you are looking for a holiday in France which incorporates all the elements i.e: rural accommodation, good food, wine, open air, sea and mountains then the Aquitaine region of south west France is for you.

nous avons trouvé une grande maison, comme prévu, le site est très bien Shane nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et je la remercie mes petits enfants veulent revenir, ça leur a beaucoup plu !!!
