La maison correspond parfaitement aux prestations proposées. La propriétaire était à l'heure (pour l'arriver et le départ). La maison est isolée par des champs de Maïs et de Tournesol. Idéal pour laisser les enfants jouer dans l'immense jardin bien entretenu. La piscine est sécurisé, et l'entretien réalisé par la propriétaire. Mise à disposition d'un plancha, de tout l'équipement pour les jeunes enfants (lit bébé, pot,...). La maison n'a pas de climatisation, un ventilateur et bloc de glace sont à disposition, mais reste insuffisant pour faire baisser la chaleur étouffante de l'étage.

Superbe maison pour des vacances familiales ou entre amis , très bien équipée , vaisselles , électroménagers, très bonne literie , une piscine super agréable , du calme , il n’y a rien autour à part des arbres et des mais , très bon accueil de la propriétaire . Accueil et propriétaire agréables. Maison confortable et bien équipée. Environnement idéal et calme, à l'abri des regards, avec un beau jardin bien entretenu et arboré. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, un peu fraîche au début mais la bienvenue par forte chaleur. Bref, une semaine reposante au calme. Penser à vous renseigner à l'Office du tourisme de Tartas, vous y serez bien conseillés. Les activités pour toute la famille sont nombreuses, variées et de qualité aux alentours (ferme découverte Ducazaux, écomusée de Marquèze, les chèvres du Prince,...)

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het vakantiehuis van Jaqueline. Het overtrof al onze verwachtingen! Via sms hadden we contact over onze precieze aankomsttijd en bij aankomst stond ze ons al op te wachten voor een korte sleuteloverdracht. Tegen de verwachting in waren de bedden opgemaakt en lagen er handdoeken klaar voor gebruik. Het huis ligt heerlijk rustig. Geen directe buren. Het huis is groot en echt alles is aanwezig: vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, grote koelkast, tv, stereotoren, wasmachine, droger, goede WIFI, strijkijzer, fohn, twee BBQ's (één op kolen en één op gas (gas en kolen aanwezig), ….etc. En er zijn genoeg borden en schalen om een feest voor 50 man te geven. Bedden liggen prima. Rondom het huis een hele grote tuin met voldoende bomen voor schaduw en compleet hek eromheen. De overkapping bij het huis is heerlijk! Alles is keurig schoon en goed onderhouden. Meubilair is enigszins gedateerd, maar prima. Enige punt van aandacht is de wat muf ruikende kastjes. Het zwembad is heerlijk ! Grotere plaatsen zoals als Dax en Mont de Marsan liggen op 20/30 minuten rijden. In het nabij gelegen Tartas zit een hele goede bakker en twee middelgrote supermarkten, in Dax zit een heel groot overdekt winkelcentrum met veel verschillende soorten leuke winkels en een hele grote E Leclerc. Strand is ongeveer 45 min rijden. Al met al een echte aanrader!

La maison est conforme à la description, confortable, bien équipée et bien entretenue. Le jardin est aussi irréprochable. La piscine est propre et bien exposée mais, bien que chauffée, encore froide. Très bon séjour et bon contact avec la propriétaire, conciliante et disponible.
