Charming house, fully furnished in 1900, in the middle of nature with a manicured park. The calm of the countryside 20 minutes from the ocean and 1 hour from Biarritz.
Large house of 400m².
Ground floor with dining room, lounge, reading nook, 1 library room with double sofa bed, large hallway, kitchen, wc.
Two stairs to reach the first floor.
Floor with 5 bedrooms (one with SBD and another with bathroom and WC), 1 bathroom (independent with bathtub), wc (independent), large hallway (with table football).
Attic for storage.
Outbuilding with 1 ping-pong, fireplace and barbecue.
3 baby beds (umbrella) and children's bed with bars) .........
1000 euros deposit will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed. but returned at the exit ****

Really nice experience for this Family house

It is a beautiful typical "Landes" house, on a huge park, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The house is huge and very pleasant to live in. We appreciated the size of the rooms and the large, perfectly equipped kitchen area, equipments and games for children, the number of bicycles and the access to cycle paths.

Une maison incroyable installée dans un parc avec d’innombrables recoin pour se mettre à l’ombre ou se reposer. Une multitude d’activités proposées (terrain de volley, Ping Pong) et un gros + pour la piscine parfaitement entretenu. Merveilleux séjour , je recommande .
