Cottage in the heart of the Landes with pool, near the ocean.

The cottage Carriou is located in the heart of the Landes forest 20 minutes from the beaches of Moliets, Lit and Mixe or Saint Girons. The city of Dax is 20 minutes away and the thermal centers of Dax and Saint Paul les Dax at 10min, perfect for spa guests.
The cottage is located between Bayonne (40 minutes) and Bordeaux (1h15) and 1 hour from Spain.

Easy access by the motorway A10 exit N ° 12 (Castets) 5 minutes from the Gite.

It is a 115m2 house situated ability is 6 to 8 people.

You will find on the ground floor: A large living room with lounge, dining room, kitchen, large bathroom, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (with double bed), one with its private bathroom.

Upstairs a large mezzanine area for rest or reading room which hosts two 90 cm beds

The living room opens onto a large shaded terrace of 45m2 with a covered patio, a garden and a swimming pool (3m x6m) fully fenced, with its own terrace.

The calm of the countryside offers a relaxing stay and the various tourist attractions will allow you to discover the region (Natural Reserve Ornithological Park in Arjuzanx, Natural Reserve of Huchet stream in Leon, Ecomuseum of Marqueze 60Kms, Dax 20 minutes, Feria Dax, fishing, fishing sites nearby)

Séjour très agréable dans une maison décorée avec goût,l'endroit est très calme dans une forêt de pins. La piscine était la bienvenue après une journée à la plage (située à environ 30minutes en voiture) ou juste pour se rafraîchir. Il y suffisamment d'espace à l'extérieur pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais présents si besoin.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille loin de toute agitation

Maison ancienne agréable dans la forêt landaise au calme. Petite piscine avec ombre et soleil utile pour se détendre. Proche de pistes cyclables et à 10 mn à pied du centre bourg pratique pour aller chercher le pain, commander des pizzas... avec marché tous les mercredis matin. A environ 20 mn en voiture de l'océan et du lac de Léon. Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets. On a passé un très bon séjour en famille

Beau gîte, très fonctionnel et joliment aménagé. Propriétaires forts sympathiques, présents si besoin et très discrets au quotidien. Endroit propice au repos au bord de la piscine et aux balades à pied ou en vélo sur les pistes cyclables. Les nuits étoilées sont magnifiques. Nous recommandons ce gîte.
